You are also required to record your health conditions (fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, trouble breathing, abnormal smell and taste, diarrhea) as well as activities (travel & contact history) in order to respond to text messages from the CDC concerning your health condition.
If you do not exhibit any symptoms, you may go about your life normally
If you do not exhibit any symptoms, you may go about your life normally (For e.g., visit the supermarket, take public transportation, go to work). If you go out, you must wear a medical mask correctly at all times and avoid entering areas where you cannot maintain social distance (1.5 meters indoors and 1 meter outdoors). However, you are prohibited from engaging in close or cluster activities with other individuals such as having meals together, joining private gatherings or public gatherings, or engaging in other similar activities. Therefore, if you go to work ensure that you are having your meals in accordance with the social distance policies and not together with your co-workers. You should avoid eating at restaurants.
Nonessential or nonurgent medical services or examinations must be postponed
Nonessential or nonurgent medical services or examinations must be postponed (For e.g., visiting the dentist, plastic surgery operations). In the event that urgent medical services or examinations are required, you must contact the local Department of Health or call 1922 and follow instructions on seeking medical attention.
Call 1922 if you develop covid-19 symptoms and need to go to the hospital
If you exhibit COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, loss of smell/taste, respiratory symptoms, or if your symptoms become more severe and you need to seek medical attention, you must voluntarily contact the local Department of Health or call 1922 and follow instructions on seeking medical attention.
