503號房，房間設備超級差 房門無法正常關閉，人員來查看也是時好時壞，卻被告知滿房無法換房，請問誰睡得安心？空調按鍵無法調整溫度，要嘛開著冷死，要嘛關掉空調悶死 床頭上房閱讀燈銀幕關都只能關一盞，另一盞就正照著眼睛完全無法好好睡覺 整個晚上都被這些設備搞到精疲力盡 真的不會再有下一次！ 奉勸真的不要來這裡受氣 Rooms: 設備超爛 房門、電燈、空調按鍵沒有一個是正常的

地點挺好，附近就是建國市場， 不怕沒吃的，附近早餐店不少， 但房間頗殘舊，洗手盆裂痕多的是。 清潔房間的服務也很不到位， 我們外出一天回到房間， 洗手間的垃圾桶就直接放在馬桶上，都沒放好。 然後梳化坐久了也有點癢！ 住到第三天門匙卡也壞掉， 前台索性上來替我們手動開門， 但說當時是凌晨，而且我們明早就退房了， 所以索性不換匙卡了， 第二天吃完早餐店唯有再叫前枱跟我們上房手動開電子鎖。 Rooms: 不夠清潔

床超難睡！晚上十點後入住，12點退房 禮拜天早上九點準時就開始施工！ 敲敲打打是在趕人退房嗎？ 入住時完全沒有告知 只說 我們有貼電梯！ 真的超爛 不會再來

Excellent service and attention to details. Well equipped rooms and gym.

1.房間：乾淨明亮，唯美中不足是吹風機超沒力，也沒有開飲機，健身房不夠明亮。 2.服務：櫃台親切服務好，可惜沒有提供早餐或代訂早餐服務，因臨近2間學校，外出購買早餐要排隊，如有代訂/提供早餐會更好。 3.地點：鬧中取靜，附近有多家文具店、屈臣氏、麥當勞、漢堡王、摩斯漢堡、各式小吃及多家便利商店，地點極佳。

松山空港から頑張れば歩ける（30分くらい）立地が良い。タクシーなら10分くらい。 外観から綺麗。 広くはないがフロントのあるロビーも綺麗。 フロントスタッフの対応も良い。 英語での説明で半分くらいしか理解できなかった。 家族４人で利用。 部屋はキングサイズベットと普通サイズのベッドがひとつずつ。 風呂がでかい。 シャワールームに大きな湯船。 口コミによると元ラブホテルとか。 フロントもしっかりしてるので言われないと分からないが、湯船にテレビがあったりボタンを押すと照明がムーディになって、風呂がバブルしだすのは日本のホテルはおろか海外のホテルでもあまり見かけないので、やはり名残りなのか。 子供たちは珍しい仕様に大盛り上がり。 あと、アメニティにコンドームがあるのもやはり名残りでしょうか。これも日本はおろか海外でもあまり見ない。 エアコンの調子があまり良くなかった。 扉を閉める音が大きくなりがちという若干の不満はあれどベットメイキングもしっかりしていて、総じて満足です。

위치도 좋고, 방도 업그레이드 받았고, 위생환경도 꽤 좋습니다. 다만 방의 방음상태는 보통수준이고 외부소리가 가끔 들립니다. 에어컨도 조절이 힘들고 방이 습한 편입니다.

以下是本人在2023年12月住了四晚的評價： 1）環境略靜，晚上不會被街外的噪音騷擾； 2）步行到松江南京站純8分鐘； 3）房內整潔不錯，每天會入內清潔及更換用品； 4）服務不差，只是如有外賣送到酒店接待處，他們未有主動通知。

房間乾淨跟舒適度還不錯，電視頻道沒有第四台，反而是一堆大陸頻道。 但最誇張的是，陪小孩看卡通竟然電視訊號受干擾，跑出限制級頻道畫面，持續幾秒後才回覆正常卡通頻道，真的太誇張了！

真的是地點好，但是房間整潔有很大問題 浴缸很厲害，泡熱水很舒服

地理位置偏靜，都近捷運站。夜晚瞓覺個陣除咗啲關門聲會比較應聲之外其他都算安靜，有浴缸同免治馬桶，非常之好

客觀來說，適合情侶或者商務住宿，但不適合家庭

飯店的地點很好，但房間隔音很一般，都能聽到隔壁的對話。

假如要安靜休息的人記得告知櫃台要高樓層的房型

Highly recommend. Rooms were modern, clean,and the perfect size for a couple. The TVs are huge but all content is in Chinese. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice sized fancy tub. Service was top notch and the location was in walking distance to a couple of night market. A bus station is nearby and we used that primary to get around. There's also a lot of food and shopping nearby.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Housekeeping services during our 4days stay are excellent. Staffs at FO were friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is excellent. A satisfying stay. Will definitely go back and don't hesitate to recommend to our friends who want to visit Taipei. 112/2/1-3三天入住 行政三人房，booking 訂房，53xx元兩晚，不含早餐，有機械式停車位 1.按摩浴缸有三種按摩模式，挺舒服，但排水孔感覺設計位置不佳容易積水 2.房間地板是地毯式，房間插座太少，三個人的手機其中一支只能到浴室充電，不然就是要自備多孔充電器 3.三人房的單人床是行軍床耶，不好睡 4.機械式車位20個，先到先停不保留，行李先都拿下來再停喔，因為人不能下去，途中如果要離開，也不保證會再有位置停，但飯店旁是有高架橋下停車場啦，自費停車 5.有小點心飲料水和冰箱，這點還不錯

我很少會上來評論，但我證明了前面評論的缺點都是真的⋯好想哭為什麼不提早看評論。 因為帶著兩個小孩看他們睡了我真的忍耐到早上⋯ 房間冷死，服務人員說是空調按照樓層跟位置可能會不一樣，觸控的面板壞掉而且全部是灰⋯服人員大夜班的真的很客氣所以是唯一可取之處，拿著樓梯重新調整開關但是也是時好時壞！最後我選擇把空調關掉請他們拿電風扇，結果電風扇也當機當機超級吵電風扇葉快要掉下來⋯服務人員重新換了一台⋯ 最後擔心太冷還拿了一台暖氣給我，服務很客氣但是飯店這樣經營無法想像！ 廁所拋棄式的衛生用品雖然一次性的，但是那個盒子我也看不下去⋯邊邊角角都發霉一打開我完全無法下手⋯ 其實這個房價不算便宜，停車場當然也會遇到不夠，中間遇到很多小挫折就省略了，然後床睡得不太舒服⋯我本來想寫意見給櫃檯後來覺得請他們老闆自己看一下好了！基本上我是只說好話的人也會留下這種評論，有點小感傷！但是我沒有責怪服務人員我相信他們盡力了。倒是經營的老闆，想一想空調丶想一想設備、想一想清潔的督促、還有整個隔音需要淘汰的物品等等⋯我認為是經營者要反思。 Noteworthy details: 狀況百出、衛生跟空調隔音丶老舊的物品快壞掉一大堆⋯床鋪各方面的問題希望老闆能重視。

破飯店 晚上11點多是在吵什麼 我明天要會考被你搞到焦慮到不行完全睡不著覺

我住在低樓層房間，隔音真的很差，外面各種車聲吵雜直接傳入房間。好不容易凌晨安靜一點，房間內又開始傳入莫名的轟鳴聲，還有冷氣運轉抖動聲。

除了礦泉水之外有附餅乾，床很好睡，浴室大間有淋浴間和浴缸，電動浴缸有牛奶浴及按摩功能，且泡澡時可看電視不會無聊。

很累的酒店… 自行決定訂不訂吧 哈哈 冷氣不能調節溫度 只能開關 跟調風速 風速有高中低檔 但都沒什麼用就是了 該冷還是冷 還是得關掉 房價格也沒很便宜 風筒風力弱不說了 用一陣子就自己關掉 要等他冷靜一下才能繼續使用 很累欸= = 床位旁沒有足夠充電插口 想兩個人在床上玩手機？不可能！ 地板真的很滑 要小心跌倒 電視裡用YouTube常常卡頓 很惱人 洗髮水跟沐浴露都不是獨立包裝一瓶瓶的.. 有種不太專業 很省錢的感覺 被子有點起球 兩人房但浴帽只有提供一個？默認一人光頭嗎 隔音不好但可以接受 燈常常開不了 但是等一會又好了？怪怪的

因為出差住宿，房間設備雖然有點舊，但總體而言算舒適乾淨，浴室也蠻大的，房間坪數比起一般的小商旅也很大，房間還有沙發跟除濕機，相當貼心。

幾個小缺點： 1. 停車場只有20來格，早到早停，由於是出差，車子需要放著不動將近4~5天，深怕沒有停車格可以停著；但以此價位來說，台北已經很難找到有停車格的飯店 2. 大門有點重量，提著滿手的行李要開大門非常困難 3. 房門的關門聲很大，如果沒有用手撐著，關門聲音可能周遭兩三間都聽的到 其他基本上沒有可以挑剔的地方，地點佳，周遭小吃眾多，以此價位的飯店來說離捷運也算近，

역에서 7분 정도 걸어야 하는 곳에 있어 위치는 약간 안 좋습니다. 서비스가 훌륭하고 객실 상태도 좋으며, 샤워 부스와 욕조가 분리되어 있습니다. 단점은 방음이 좀 안 돼 옆방 음악 소리가 다 들립니다.

Bathroom is awesome, with bidet toilet seat, bathtub with jacuzzi. Although not so spacious but definitely worth for the price.

日本語で話せるスタッフが多く、とても安心でした。 気になる点として、カードキーが読み取りづらかったり、暖房が壊れている部屋がありますが問題なかったです。 部屋は広めで快適、お風呂も広く、ベットも寝やすくとても快適に過ごせました！

第一次入住，也是第一次給一星評價。 早上有接到櫃檯詢問幾點入住的電話（覺得很正常不疑有他開始旅行）有告知到店會有泊車。 辦理入住的時候，一進大廳就看到三位櫃檯人員，原本以為是一位負責接待與辦理入住，過程有點複雜，一下詢問入住大名一下拿證件一下刷卡付款，三位有點各講個的，讓客人非常不知所措。 核對入住資料也有點傻眼，訂雙人房都沒有獲得確認就直接寫一位入住？！然後叫我簽名？入住那麼多飯店商旅第一次遇到這麼不專業的人員….是不是考慮一下員工教育訓練需要加強？不是在入住高峰期現場也沒有其他客人，這樣是不是讓客人覺得非常不專業而且也很不尊重。 客人主動告知有開車但有看到外面貼機械停車的地方說「低底盤勿入」所以主動詢問櫃台，車子底盤偏低機械是否無法停？被其中一位櫃檯人員說他看一下，看完也沒有正面回覆可不可以停機械停車場，只說了要留車鑰匙停旁邊（個人感受：全程都是我在主動告知有開車這件事，而且對話過程覺得有被鄙視開國產車的感覺）後來外出買東西，再次被告知車位不保留，回來直接車子也不想停飯店了！原本進房間平復的心情又瞬間變差。 開開心心出遊，跑了一整天行程到飯店想好好休息，卻得到這樣的服務真的覺得很傷心難過覺得不值，一晚20xx在星期日晚上不貴也不便宜，我相信每一位入住的人重要的是感受！ 三位接待櫃檯人員，也有服務態度較好的並不是三位都不好。另外房務人員的協助調整空調跟加枕頭棉被很貼心！ 總之之後到台北不會考慮再次入住。 附上圖片的空調口是面對床，不是正對但是相信晚上睡覺會吹頭吹到感冒。 /更新 入住隔天確實感冒了，感謝空調一晚上的輸出～ 要不是沒有一星不能評論，我想改成-5顆星

除夕夜入住豪華套房，地點好房價也親民.有一些小狀況，櫃檯親切的幫我解決問題.無論是Shower或按摩浴缸的出水都非常強勁，給予大大的讚.房間雖不是一塵不染，倒也是乾淨.會再回住.

最近入住商務型31xx元，櫃檯有贈送兩罐蘋果汁，不錯喝！房間內也有零食、飲料、水等免費使用，不過目的也不是來吃喝的，房間進來有一股奇怪的味道，好像是噴灑香氣掩蓋其他味道而產生的，一直聞不出來是什麼！除了玄關區是貼地磚以外的區域是地毯，地毯真的該換掉了！許多污漬都在上面無法清除，一定要穿拖鞋走，不然真的很噁！浴室很大，有淋浴間（水壓太小）、及浴缸三角型，可以兩人泡澡（不是很大，剛剛好塞進去的感覺），浴室裡的電視無法開啟，很可惜！房間內的電視有時會一下沒聲音然後又有！半夜12～01點都還有一直傳來上面房間的撞擊聲！

食事無しで一泊のみ、早朝便で帰るためシャワー使って寝るだけだったので食事については不明。日本で言うところのブティックホテル。ダブルベッドてゴムも配置されていた。 シャワーブースはガラス張り。シャワーヘッドは大型固定と手持ちの両方がある。シャンプーなどは壁面に固定されたボトルをスクイーズして使う方式。ギャレーは、棚位置が少々高い。カウンターとして使うものではなさそう。立体駐車場は地下のようだが、サイズ制限かあるようだ。収容台数か不明なので、モーテルとして検索してよいか判断できなかった。

Disappointment. Don’t let the room picture fool you. The truth came out after you want to sleep. I mean people talking and closing door from this hotel noise was ok for me. I’m a very deep sleeper. But my friend do awake and can be accepted. Even the traffic sound never effect me or anything as I stay in lot of places/hotels. But there is a vibration sound (but my phone on airplane mode) which when i notify the hotel, the hotel said switch room won’t help at all as this room type will have this sound. The hotel ask us to listen at the lobby if it is that sound and we are staying on the 5th floor. I was shock, the hotel know but said it is guests problem not hotel problem. I pay to get a sleep as I only come to shower and sleep for this hotel, but it is impossible to get that as the hotel know this sound issue. And since staff said, it is guest problem, so later they offer us if we refund option (feel abit kick out in a different country) so i switch to other hotel right away even my cost went double from my plan due to last minute and move out at 8am. The new hotel make us fell welcome and home right-way and so we enjoy the rest of the trip and have a good sleep as our propose to book the hotel.

Der Hotel ist der sauberste Ort, den ich jemals besucht habe. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein kulinarisches Highlight und umfasst viele Speisen, von deren Existenz ich vorher keine Vorstellung hatte. Der Innenstadtbereich von Taipei ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

簡單整潔的飯店

雖然感覺得出來是有點年紀的商旅，但維持的都還算不錯！可惜疫情沒開放健身房。唯一一個大缺點，室內拖鞋太恐怖，普通紙拖鞋，完全不適合用在磁磚地板，客人不小心滑倒、要賠的錢比換好一點點拖鞋的成本多更多呀！

8/23 晚上需要入住，因有國旅補助需求，一週前已先打電話確認相關事宜且訂房完成。 8/23 晚間10:30左右入住，櫃檯人員親切接待，並安排了邊間。(不含早餐) 進入房間後，發現此雙人豪華房型的浴室為四件式，包含可泡澡的浴缸、TOTO馬桶、洗手台和淋浴間。 床的部分躺起來似乎為單人床合併的雙人床，枕頭也很適宜。 另外還有小沙發和辦公桌可以使用，平日+國旅補助折扣後非常划算。 旅館本身可能稍舊，但裝潢嶄新、乾淨、安靜，CP值高。 已加入下次入住的商旅清單。

更新- 今天退房櫃台那邊有提出免費續時一小時及下次訂房升等的處理，十分感謝飯店的即時處置及致歉，下次來台北還會再來～ ——————————————————————— 第二次入住了，第一次入住體驗十分滿意。這次入住相同房型（不同間），房間備品保險套被拆封，雖然沒有要用，但觀感十分不佳。晚上要洗澡的時候發現毛巾浴巾踩腳墊等布類用品完全沒給，打電話給櫃檯才送來兩條浴巾，連聲”不好意思”都沒表示。房間整體硬體設備不錯，也算乾淨衛生，按摩浴缸很chill。希望房務的部分再加油

價格還算實惠，機械式的停車位，房間不大但乾淨舒適，床算好睡，浴缸有點小，只能泡一個人，浴室幾台節目可看，設計很奇怪，水會滲一地，按摩浴缸打開會有髒髒的東西跑出來。

😀 - Локацията е добра, недалеч от метро станция. Макар да бе чисто, всичко бе доста старо и определено се нуждае от подмяна. Ваната бе доста приятна. Лобито е приятно с хубави дивани. 😞 - Персоналът рядко поздравяваше. Интернета бе наистина лош. Гледката бе потресаващо неприятна - директно към съседната сграда макар да бяхме на 10 ти етаж. През цялото време се чуваше бучене на някаква помпа - вероятно за вода. Няма много относимост към 4 звезди, тъй като нямаше нито фитнес, нито някакво каквото и да е спа. Пералнята за ползване от гости на хотела бе платена, което досега в няколко други хотела по време на престоя в Тайван, бе безплатно.

Included drinks and snacks available in the room 😀 Very convenient location to start your day trips. 😞 - Cleaning of room can be improved. Especially the furniture and SPA bath. Wet bath floor is very slippery especially if you use the provided disposable room slippers.

“Family travel with seniors” Not the first time we stayed in RouMei however this time was abit disappointing. Usually we travelled as couple but this time we travelled with our family hence we booked 2 rooms. The room type was the usual one that we booked but this time was much smaller, there wasn’t a living room area and the room space was very small. We stayed for 6 nights, I felt they should at least give us the bigger executive room furthermore we booked one of the is for triple adults. Next was the facility in the hotel was down continuously. First was the microwave at the B2, they said it was spoilt by the hotel guest so they removed it. Meaning there is no intention of putting back? Next day the dryer in the laundry room was down and worst was it was down when we are washing our clothes in the washer halfway. So we went to reception to ask if there is any laundry service they give us direction towards it is to walk 20 mins. To be honest, I felt the better service for guest was to solve their problem when it’s the hotel dryer down. Shouldn’t the hotel assist to guest to collect the clothes to send for dryer together while the dryer was under repair, to me it’s like there’s no contingency plan when things happened. And I don’t really appreciate the calling at 1130am to remind check out is before 12pm. I know the time and I did not overstay so there isn’t a need to call up and remind unless at 12pm and I’m still nowhere to be seen.

We was awake for a whole night from the continuous disturb sound. It wasn’t loud but it like the phone keep vibrating the whole night. But phone was on airplane mode. I’m usually a very deep sleep person even the noise from people talking or closing door won’t wake me up at all. (But did wake up my friend) I can sleep everywhere, example in 2022 - I’m on vacation and got a chance to sleep at different place around 30 hotels plus for 2022 only. That why I have no issue on switch sleeping place at all. So in the end we need to go down to ask for the room switch as sleeping become impossible. First time experience from many hotel stayed in my life. The staff came up to the room to check, but the sound didn’t show so the staff bring us down to the lobby to listen if it was this sound. If it is this sound, then it is the guest problem not the hotel problem. This is more shocking. there are 2 noises which one of them is clearly know by the hotel. And the staff said all this room type will have this sound.The hotel know the issue. If they know, please advertise room with disturbing sound at night and it will be guest responsibility if you cannot handle the sound. The hotel seem to know about this issue, but just provided ear plug. But I’m staying for 4 nights and my friend cannot sleep with ear plug. The staff then said they need to check for room upgrade and guest need to pay more. But the issue is that it wasn’t much of the cost but the hotel won’t do anything and said it is a guest problem. I was even more shock. As staff cannot solve the problem, and dont call their manager even we request, so the stuff just said you can refund and dont stay here. Now you feel kick out. I was like that it, I didnt sleep for a whole night and now they treat the tourist like this. So we decide to refund, but they refund for 3 nights only as they said I use one night already. I pay to get a sleep during my vacation, but i didnt get it. Plus who pay for my headache pill that cause me to awake the whole night. We really try as I unpack every thing out already. But we got treat and feel kick out. So I need to pay for my taxi to move to new hotel myself at 8am, which of course last minute is expensive so we also need to take responsibility for it. The hotel is double the price of what we plan original (as we only need a good sleeping place as we only stay at night) but I’m more than happy as I won’t feel welcome anymore when I felt the hotel kick you out and just leave the tourist.

After 3 years of unable to travel, we finally have a chance to revisit Taiwan and RouMei is always my first option. Location was very convenient, nearby have few eateries, when in the morning you can get their local breakfast. Have 2 7-11, 1 family mart around the corner. Within walking distance have burger king and McDonald’s. More than 3 different brands of bubble tea for you to choose from and there is a new cinema just at the next street. I really love this neighborhood as it’s full of good food and the train station is the peaceful type. Hotel did renovations, room is slightly smaller but still good. They have VOD and YouTube install in the TV, it will be better if they have Netflix or Disneyplus. Hotel has laundromat service, hence its very convenient. We washed our clothes twice during a 6 nights stay so we do not need to bring a lot of clothes. Reception is friendly and their house making team is very efficient as well. But if the team is busy they might skip vacuum the room. Overall I will still recommend this hotel!

Hotel is great! Stayed here over 4 days. Location is close to restaurants, buses and trains. Short ride to the top spots in Taipei. Staff was excellent! The hotel itself is clean and has nice amenities. Would stay again.

The room is big. The bathroom facility is good. The service is good! The breakfast is amazing. There are tons of channels in TV. There is also a self-laundry services. We can also borrow umbrella for free. Recommend.

The hotel looks nothing like the pic on the website. I’d describe it as a motel vs a 4 star hotel as indicated on TA. Rooms are very dated and carpet in the room is ripped. Lobby is very small and laundry is located in the basement with very dim light (a bit scary to be honest). It does have a good breakfast but the whole hotel felt dark and a bit dingy (we stayed on the 10th floor). Looks nothing like the photos on Tripadvisor. The location isn’t the greatest either since it’s a 10 min walk to the closest MRT. I wouldn’t stay here again

The pictures one sees on the web are deceiving. The size of the lobby and the room are not big at all. Check-in. Front lobby personnel are very nice, friendly, and quick. Room. The room is small. I booked the largest room with two twin beds and it is 420 sq ft. But the bathroom took about 2/5 of the whole area. There is a huge bath tub which I think is a waste of space. The room is clean but the carpet is worn. And not enough place to put your clothes and stuff away. I had to go to the front desk to ask for iron and ironing board. The noise is acceptable. But it is noisier than the other hotels I’ve stayed at. There is no plugs on the wall except the two next to the desk. When I asked the front desk they say there are extension cord I can borrow. Air-Condition. Guests cannot control the temperature in the room. It is pre-setted by the hotel. Guests can change the fan speed. Room 503, where I was, the air blows right to the head of the bed. Makes my noose all plugged up. In the other hand, there is no air condition in the bath room. I can imagine how warm it gets when it’s hot outside. Heater. There is no heating in the room. But no surprise here. Westin hotel did not have heater in the room neither. Free breakfast. You get what you pay for. The small restaurant was really clean and the manager was friendly. But not much of a food choices. Internet access. My two mobile phones and two tablets had no problem to connect to the internet. Not so lucky with my laptop. Couldn’t connect to the room wifi. Tried the front lobby to connect to the lobby internet still no luck. Talked to four different clerks at the front desk. They tried to help but couldn’t find the problem. Clearly not their issue, but I never had this problem within the last 10 years when my job took me all over the place in China and US. Price. Very reasonable. But you get what you pay for so. Check-out. Only took a couple of minutes. Conclusion. I do not think I’ll come back to this establishment. But it is just me.

Really good hotel to stay in Taipei. Nice clean room and jacuzzi in the bath room. Near to metro station, apor. 5 min. So you reach Main train Station in about 10 min. Good breakfast (Chinese and european) , small gym and a laundry room makes your stay very comfortable.

Surprisingly good, staffs are professional, the private jacuzzi with colour light show are so cool~ 7-eleven just 5mins walk, hotel location are good too... just the breakfast time 7.30-9.30 are too early for me... if not, this hotel is prefect for me :)

This hotels offers clean rooms with comfortable beds & quality linens. I stayed in the Luxury Double Room and its bathroom had a large whirlpool tub as well as full option shower. It’s a great place to rest and be refreshed. Their breakfast buffet is excellent with both Asian and western style menu. Courteous and responsive staff.

This hotel is very cosy and have a private jacuzzi, and most of all the staff is very friendly. For business trip / personnel who would stay longer, they also have laundry ntd 50 and dryer ntd 80 per wash available, they accept ntd 10 coins which can be exchanged at the cashier.

We are currently staying in this hotel for just one night. Our flight was redirected and we ended up 2.5 hours outside of Taipei at a totally different airport. We had 6 bags, a car seat, a stroller, and a two year old so nothing about that is easy. This hotel helped assist us with everything! And several hours of driving, we checked in and they were extremely accommodating. Great spot too! I wish we had more time here. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help.

I was in Taipei for sightseeing during August 2019. This hotel has an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood yet is centrally located and situated only a short walk from the Songjiang Nanjing MRT station at the intersection of the Green and Orange lines. Perfect for getting to all of the major tourist sites in Taipei. My room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Often when I stay in hotels I have to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep, but my room was very quiet at night despite the music that plays 24/7 in the hallways (the room was well insulated so I never heard the hallway music in my room). Sheets and bedding were of a quality typically found in luxury hotels and the bathroom included nice touches such as a Japanese-style electric toilet seat and a multi-jettted shower. As other reviewers have noted, the breakfast buffet is skewed towards Asian cuisine which is a plus as far as I am concerned. If I am going to visit Taiwan from the United States I want to emphasize Asian food in my dining. Besides, there are sufficient Western options (e.g., bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries) if that is your preference. The hotel staff members couldn't have been more gracious and friendly. Most of the guests at the hotel during my stay were from Asia, but as a Westerner I always got the sense like the staff made an extra effort to make sure I felt welcome.

This hotel is quite great with a good value for money. The rooms are really great with a big bed, A/C all the time and of course like many others the big bathroom with the jacuzzi inside there. The service of the hotel is also good and the people wants to help. Only thing that was not so good for scandinavians as us, was the breakfast. It was very chinese with a lot of warm dishes like rice, fish, vegestable and so.. Not many products for europeans for the breakfast! - But that is just a small thing.

The executive room had a really comfy bed and massage bath was a welcome sight when you want to relax and refresh after a long morning/day of hikes around the Taipei region. The location is also great, located in a quieter district than the busier Xiamen, Shillin or Taipei 101 areas but is centrally located so its an easy MRT ride to get any of these places.

We were a family of 5 with preschool kids so technically the hotel could not accommodate due to room capacity. However, speaking directly with the property, we were able to secure a triple business room (i.e. double plus a rollaway). Room size was good with space to move about and the bathroom size overkill imo. Generally clean and comfortable, but the pillows could do better. Not sure if the higher floors work, i stayed on the 3rd overlooking the street below. Not much of a view but we had to keep the curtains closed because we were eye level with the residential apartment directly across Coin operated washer and dryer was useful since we travel with kids in summer - we did laundry twice (once during breakfast period and once in the late afternoon) and didn't have to jostle with others. Breakfast was decent though it is more skewed towards Chinese food - porridge, fried rice/noodles that kind fo stuff. Other perks such as free minibar was great if you are the snacking sort. Fairly ok walk to the metro if weather permits, else getting Uber is a breeze in TPE or the front desk could help with taxis too.

We visited RouMei again in May, coming back for the big jacuzzi tub and convenient location. The hotel area has a few newly opened bubble tea shop and food cafe so during the night when we are hungry we can just walk out to the main street to get food, some of the cafes operate 24 hours. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer at B2 so the guest could use it for laundry, it is operated by coins so you can change it at the reception. The only downside is the make up room service, unsure if there is only one staff per level or it's a team thing, we on the make up room light and went out but first day when we came back after 3-4 hours, the room wasnt clean and the staff is yet to be seen. Second day we tried again but when we came back we saw the staff was just about to open our door, as we wanted to rest we ask the staff to skip our room. Hence in our 6 nights stay, we only managed to clean the room once.

Roumei Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel with good size rooms and top bathroom facilities including a super size tub and a separate shower. The hotel also offers tasty breakfast to all guests. You really get a lot of value for the price paid. Highly recommended.

The place is near central and the jaccuzi bath is a bonus for a tired day out . area nearby are good food , cinema and a music corner for the weary soul . afterall this is taiwan and slightly hard to find a good english band which is able to play 60s 70s music

The hotel is top. Great rooms incl. Wirlpool. The breakfast varies every say and is very tasteful. The hotel stuff is very helpful and nice and let you know were you find interesting stuff. The location offers all you need incl. access to MRT.

Great location if you are okay with walking 15 minutes plus. So much to see and do on foot from places to eat, restaurants, spas, Movies, shopping etc. Places is on a very side street. My biggest issues with this place is the laundry room is only one washer and dryer. There should be at least two washers and two dryers. Also, the music in the hallways is so loud you can hear when you sleep. Also, the ongoing construction is loud so try to get a room far up and not facing the road construction. The staff were very helpful and easy check in and check out process. The room with the whirlpool was amazing. The hotel does have a claimer about construction and noise has reduced prices but I think the disclaimer should be more like obstructed views and loud noises may be encountered during your stay. I never did complain about the hallway music because at first I thought it was housekeeping or another room but then I learned it was hotel music being played in the hallway. I may consider staying here again after construction is complete. I think they are building an office building. The construction is five feet outside the lobby. Yes right outside the hotel.

Very basic lobby decoration, it’s below expectation at first image. However, it will really impress you with their room facilities. Very good hotel with good location. Just need to improve on their staffs service level (less passion) and breakfast.

The room is nice decorated and spacious, and clean as well. The hotel is not far from the MRT station, just need 5 min walk. I will choose this again if I visit to Taipei next time, I am satisfied with this hotel.

Remodeled since we were here last in 2016. Price went up due to Chinese New Year. A whopping $103/night for a spacious executive room on the 5th floor. Toto heated seat toilet with bidet features, whirlpool tub (be warned! Flashing lights when you turn on the jets! Do your best Saturday NIght moves!).Aslo has walk in shower with overhead round head, hand held shower head and spray jets. Great buffet breakfast included. Free bottled water and some small snacks-cookies and chips. Lots of small little food stalls everywhere around. Movie theater a block away in case you get a hankering for some popcorn. Also a Burger King. There is also a local market and a food market blocks away. Evergreen airport bus from the airport has a stop a few blocks away. Takes about 40 minutes. MRT stop is a 5 minute walk. Museum of Miniatures is also a block away.

Traveled with senior citizens (65+), so location was quite important. I didn't realize until arriving in the hotel that there's nothing too near this place -- the nearest Family Mart was a block away, and all attractions are at least 20 minutes away. The subway stop was a bit far, as well. The room, on the other hand, was exemplary. The tub was amazing, and the cleanliness is consistent. Don't expect any food other than the breakfast buffet. This place has no restaurant 24/7. Basically you're going with this place just for the room. Overall, would not recommend this place.

Put up 2 nights in Roumei. The services crews are friendly and for a boutique hotel, i will say breakfast soread is decent. The room is average size, i would say is aged & dim. Bathroom area is spacious with long bath n updated rain shower. Hotel seems ro be located in a residential street. But once off this street you are already in busy active zone with cafes, restaurants, fast food and market !

Convenient to access Taipei hit place and central! To nearly stations only need few mins, Looking forward to stay here again! Shower room is amazing ( exclusive / business room) , love the tub so much!

after reading many reviews decided to book this hotel . I have arrived after a long flight from nyc on oct 4th for a 3 nights stay. I arrived at 9pm and check in was a zip . the room is very nice with a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi. sleep quality very good its qiet and no issues . the hotel is near the mrt station zhongshan-nanjing which is a 10 min walk, also less than 10 min walk to the eva air bus to the airport which is great only 124 nt which is 4 us $ . I would like to mention Miriam at the front desk whose help and kindness was invaluable !!! she is a great asset to the hotel team and answered kindly and paciently to all my queris , I hope management acknowledge her great hospitality !!! the only gripe I have is the breakfast which is very lacking to a western traveler like me . about 99% of the offering is Asian offering which maybe fine for lunch or dinner but not breakfast , so you have to settle on butter and jelly . to conclude do I recommend staying here ? clearly yes !!!! stayed in room 807

Nice hotel to stay in. 2nd time stay. 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest mrt. Convenience store and a lot of food nearby. Nice and clean room. Big bath tub and bed. It is hard to control the temperature for the aircon.

This hotel was perfect to stop in Taipei before heading for a week in Penghu. Excellent breakfast and was in an ideal location for using the MRT. Room was a good size with nice views of the city. Will definitely use this hotel in future

I visit Taipei regularly and have stayed in many hotels, but this one is my favorite, hands down. The service is impeccable, especially everyone at the front desk. We are always greeted with a smile when leaving or entering the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge! I also love the daily breakfast offered in the hotel, which is complimentary. There is a large variety of food offered and everything is delicious. I will continue to choose this hotel over and over.

The hotel is located at a quite location in town. It’s convenient and decent. The zacucci is really nice which comes with milk bath and massage mode. Room is clean and the double bed is cozy. This is already my second stay in Roumei. Would recommend!

We stayed here for one night on our stopover in Taipei. We got an excellent price and the hotel website images looked great. The rooms left a little to be desired as they were outdated, smelt of cigarette and the air conditioner (not in the wall but on wheels next to the bed) was covered in dust. The room also looked onto the garbage dumpster but I guess you can't expect too much in the way of a view. The breakfast was a bit lacking and potentially needs some additional sugar-free options. I should also mention that this out of the way of tourist attractions and food options and you would need to catch a cab. On a positive note, the staff tried to be as helpful as possible but did not speak much english.

Bed was comfortable for Western tastes (unlike many beds at more traditional Chinese hotels, not sure if they had non-Western style beds available as well). Staff were very pleasant in a central location. Good choice for a business traveller,

We stayed for 5 nights and experienced warm and top notch hospitality. The room itself was very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Little touches like snacks every day and friendly staff made our stay wonderful.

First thing we noticed was the spacious bathroom! Stayed in the executive room and its huge as advertised. Bathroom had jacuzzi and seat warmer. Will definitely come back next time! Oh. Breakfast variety of local food was great too!

I was staying at the executive room which in my case was located on the 10th floor. The room was clean with nice interior and it was spacious for local standards. The bathroom features a jacuzzi - also with an awesome view across the surrounding area. Will stay here again next time.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in the executive room. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room was big with window to the little street, with table desk, great air conditioning and the spa like bathroom with Japanese toilet, jacuzzi with jets and lights. It was very romantic. The breakfast was fulfilling with enormous choices of Asian food and some good choices of western food that hard to find in hotels in Taiwan. There are also a good Jim and laundry facilities but one need a lot of coins to use it. The price is very reasonable for the room and the hotel is situated near the MRT in the strategic point of Taipei near buses to Keelung, Juifen and Airport transfer bus. Nearby there is a day market with shops and small cute and very cheap eateries. We definitely recommend this hotel because of staff, cleanliness, location and price.

The first thing we noticed was the huge jacuzzi bath and shower system and large TV! Practically it's near to many 711 and familymarts and songjiangNanjing metro station There's also a nice late food cafe that opens til very late next to familymart and round the corner from the metro station. From the metro station u can goto beitou for public hot baths or ximending for shopping or shilin night market or Taipei 101 You can walk to miniature museum and nearby massage places..One should try local massage too.

We spent three nights there in Taipei and found the breakfasts here really blew. We've lived in Asia for a while and know many places in Hong Kong and Taiwan cater to Chinese tourists, and with them, their palates. For breakfast, we had an overabundance of noodles and fish. Scrambled eggs were served with bits of carrots, dim sum dishes were scant and save for the coffee machine, mini croissants and cereal, we probably would have starved to death. The rooms were great. Clean with a huge bathtub jacuzzi so my daughter was in heaven. The one strange thing about this hotel was a 'ratings sticker' that we were supposed to leave for our maid which would be displayed publicly. There is a chart in the lobby showing how all the hotel staff have been rated. The concierge and front desk people had the highest ratings (all green) and the housekeeping staff were much lower (yellow and red). Perhaps this is the norm in Taipei, but I think this might encourage unwanted competition between staff members looking for a good review. Perhaps they sabotage each others attempts for better ratings. But how would guests know how well their room is compared to another guest? I've thought long and hard about this, but haven't found any answers. If you do, please let me know. Anyways, if you're looking for a 4 star room without the 4 star prices, check this place out.

This hotel is located on a very quiet street, only a five minute walk from an MRT station. The area has many cafés, street vendors, and bakeries. It is also close to a clothing market. There is a nearby Miniatures Museum of Taiwan. We were pleasantly surprised that the check out time was at noon. It had a nice room, and the best features were the shower and jaccuzi. The breakfast was decent, a mix of Chinese and Western style dishes. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable room.

Hôtel à l écoute de sa clientèle. Toujours faible en anglais mais moi aussi on est à égalité J ai utilisé trois chambres différentes et la dernière est à mon avis fabuleuse. Le personnel du nettoyage est discret et efficace. Le petit déjeuner par contre est faible et de type asiatique . Pas mon goût . A mon prochain passage je choisi cet hôtel .

😀 - ロケーションはまぁまぁです。地下鉄の駅までは７－８分くらいでしょうか。 近くに意外とローカルの美味しい店あり。朝食にいいです。 コスパいいです。 😞 - 部屋はちょっと暗め。窓はありますが、隣のビルビューの部屋でした。 ジムがついているという情報でしたが、鍵がかかっていて使われている気配はなし。

😀 - 水回りが綺麗でバスタブも広く、シャワーブースと別になっている。また、バスタブもジャグジーになっていて楽しめる。 トイレもウォシュレットでした。 水やお菓子、ジュース2本も無料でついて来ました。 一部のスタッフの方が日本語を話すことができ、部屋の案内にも日本語があってとてもよかった。 😞 - 部屋の掃除でシャワーやバスタブが掃除されている感じがなかった。タオルだけ交換したような感じであった。

駅から結構歩きます。 ホテルの前の道は暗いので夜は少し怖かったです。 近くに美味しい飲食店はありましたが オフィス街だからか観光客向けという感じではなく日本語メニューもないお店が多い印象でした。 土日休みのお店も多かったです。 部屋は清潔感がありました。ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。 トイレとお風呂とシャワーブースのスペースが一体化していて広くてきれいです。 が、バスタブに毛が落ちていたので早速テンションが下がりました。 トイレはウォシュレット付きできれいですがペーパーホルダーの位置が遠く ペーパーも最初から半分くらいに減っていたのに予備もありませんでした。 翌日の清掃でも補充してもらえなかったのでフロントに伝えて持ってきてもらいました。 更に2泊目は15時過ぎに部屋に戻ると清掃がされておらず 夕方に部屋に電話がかかってきて掃除が必要か聞かれました。 部屋で休みたかったので、掃除はいいからタオルだけお願いしますと伝えました。 空気清浄機付きでありがたかったですが、他の方のクチコミでもありましたが暖房が効かず部屋がとても寒いです。 フロントは感じの良いスタッフでしたが日本語は通じませんでした。 朝食は種類も多くケーキや肉まん等もあり楽しめました。味は普通です。 朝食の時間になってすぐ行ったら扉が閉まっていて 扉の外からだとレストランと全くわからずかなり戸惑いました。 一度部屋に戻ろうかと思っていたら開けてくれたので入れましたが。 これなら前回泊まった三つ星ホテルのほうが良かったなというのが今回の感想です。 次もまた泊まりたいとは思いません。

受け付けの対応がとても良く、清潔感を感じるホテルです。周辺は、とても静かです。朝食のメニューは、少ないけど、日本人に合う味でした。

松江南京の駅から歩くのが遅い自分でも12分ぐらいで着きました。この他に中山駅からも歩けると思います。 Googleマップの通りに行きましたが、決してわかりにくくは無いのですが、曲がる回数が多く遠回りでも大通りから行くことをお勧めします。コンビニ、マッサージ、カフェ、食堂・・・困ることは何も無い周囲、立地は◯ フロントの方もとても親切対応でした。お部屋の方は古い感じは否めませんが、広さは◯ TVも大型で◯外の景観はどうであれ、窓が付いてて◯ 洗面所も充分な広さがありましたが、水圧が良すぎたのかシャワーカーテンしてたのに、ほんの少しお漏らし(≧∀≦)トイレまで水が来てしまいました(^_^)ｆ 朝ごはんも付いてて（ビュッフェではなく、二種類から選べる）満足致しました。 次回、あると思います。 近くに台湾の人友達が美味しいと絶賛する氷屋さんもありました。名前・・・漢字が出てこない😭

방과 욕실이 크기가 커서 바닥이 카펫이지만 매우 쾌적합니다. 직원들이 친절하고 조식도 꽤 퀄리티가 높아요. 가족여행이거나 짐이 많은분들은 모르겠지만 커플여행, 친구끼리 여행은 강추입니다. 송장난징역 도보5분정도 걸립니다. 주변에 편의점, 밀크티, 로컬식당 많아요. 가성비 매우 좋습니다. 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다.

這家商旅的位置在四平陽光商圈附近，出捷運站要走些路，不過個人比較喜歡這樣，可以順便逛逛，房間雖有點舊，但蠻舒適，地毯若可換會更好，衛浴設備很好，少見的按摩浴缸，泡澡時還能看小電視，床也很好睡，早餐的選擇多，整體而言是可以再去住的飯店。

雖然唔太近捷運站, 但從松江南京站過去酒店都只係8分鐘路程, 不算遠。 酒店職員十分親切有禮! 我住的樓層是9樓, 可以一覽外面景色 而且浴室有個好大按摩浴缸, 有2個模式, 分別是牛奶浴及氣泡模式。 房間住得舒服, 而且政策已較環保

是很一般的旅店.一晚要3000多覺得有點不划算 . 交通算方便 .但感覺像是休息的飯店 .隔音效果非常差 . 裝潢也舊了 . 窗簾還拉不緊 . 有種會被看到個感覺（離隔壁房子很進）還拿東西去壓著窗簾 . 不過水給四瓶 .還有兩罐汽水 .一點小點心 （不用錢的）

我們早2個月定也是$760多元一晚 酒店房間很細 與圖片不大相同 沙發很污衊！ 不能接受 入住第一天發現床單枕頭也很污糟 第二天換了是可以接受 應該是因為房間很久沒有人入住而有很多塵埃 或者沒有更換 酒店位置很差 走5分鐘的路其實很遠 而且在松江南京站 去很多景點都要轉線 非常不便！ 但廁所非常大！ 與圖中相乎 但是當啟用按摩池原來下層是會很嘈的 當日我們12點準備睡覺 忽然廁所很嘈 打去reception 問，被告知應該是樓上啟用按摩池 所以會早睡覺的千萬不要選這間酒店

每次回來台北都在找尋一個能溫暖度周末的小家，柔美商旅就是我們最新的答案，房间双人床能讓我們一家四口都睡下，還給加了一個嬰兒床，兩個寶貝在里頭玩得不亦樂乎，還特地準備了嬰兒浴盆，著實令我們家寶媽感到貼心，早餐相當齊全美味還有一個小健身房，交通方便，離捷運站约五到十分的步行距离，旁邊有影院，夜市非常熱鬧繁華。工作人員都非常熱心，面帶笑容，為我们這三天的旅程幫助不少!

坦白講我不明白為什麼會有這麼多好評。。（可能因為服務態度不錯） Check-in時員工都很友善，被安排到7樓的房間。房間很大，浴室有按摩缸還蠻舒適，但酒店整體很陳舊，房間都有一陣陣的煙味，整潔度一般，窗簾沒有辦法完全關上，住三個晚上換了兩條很舊且有破洞的毛巾，最難受的是隔音真的非常非常差，鄰房開門甚至咳嗽也能聽得一清二楚，更別說早上被房務員的吸塵跟談話聲吵醒！ 我本人住過很多台北不同價位的飯店，多間都有讓我想再次入住的感覺，但很可惜不會是這一家。

這次訂的酒店是柔美精品商旅，它的位置雖然不是太方便，不會數分鐘就可以行到捷運，但是它周邊都是平民吃店，還有便利商店在附近，那還有一條平民的商店街。 一進酒店，前堂的職員，很有禮及很快幫我們登記，前行到升降前，有一個板是職員有禮比賽用我，我們客人每天都會有一張貼紙，可以貼在職員的格裏，幾好的鼓勵。 開門進房間時，就見到很大的浴室連廁所，那個按摩池真的很想快點跳進去，還可以按牛奶浴，可以一邊浸浴一邊看電視。 床也是很大很清潔，我想是可以睡四個人，床邊也有很多位置放行理箱。 整體來說，這酒店真的值得一去😊

這家旅店算的上美系列飯店當中最優值的店，過去多年北上洽公訪友訂房大半以美系列飯店為優選，原因無他就是品質較穩定，雖然近年來國內旅遊業不景氣影響，有些美系列的略有下滑，但都起碼維持在一定的水準，其中柔美店算是優等生，價格普通但是明亮乾淨衛生早餐也很健康，可以放心住宿的旅店，唯一缺點是：不太好訂。
