We just had a recent stay at the Denizen. The studio apartment was modern, very clean and had everything we needed including a washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Grocery, convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants are within a few blocks. The MRT is a short walk away. The building is very quiet. Outdoor patios on the rooftop as well as on the main floor are welcome spaces to spend some time. Free snacks and coffee are a nice treat.
The Denizen is a warm, welcoming, reasonably priced, comfortable option for a longer stay in Taipei.

Our month-long stay at The Denizen in a secure neighborhood near Linjang Night Market was a delight. Modern, clean, and staffed with friendly faces, the hotel's contemporary design and close to a subway station made exploration easy. The Denizen's own coffee set a high standard. The absence of any negative experiences throughout our stay solidified our view that The Denizen is a top-tier choice for a month-long retreat in style and comfort. We highly recommend it for a seamless blend of luxury and convenience.

If you’re looking for a place to call home during your stay in Taiwan, this is the one! The room is modern and cozy, it has everything I need for my stay such as laundry machine, a small kitchen, drinking water, fridge … The staff is super friendly and helpful, they helped me with making car reservation, bike rental, restaurant reservation, recommending places to visit in Taiwan. They also make really good coffee.
This place also has a rooftop bar where you can hang out at night and have good view of the Taipei 101. The MRT (Red and Brown) is within 10 minutes walk, there’s lots of good restaurants in this area and also a nearby night market.
One plus thing is if you’re a biker/hiker or interested in biking/hiking in Taiwan (which I found pretty popular here), there’s a biking/hiking club in the house! They will recommend you a bike/hike trail around Taipei.
Thanks the staff (Jeffrey, Daphne, Joyce, Ivy, Connie, Sandy) again for such an amazing stay and all your help to make a memorable trip! Will definitely come again when I have a chance to visit Taiwan!

I stayed here over the summer and the room was the perfect safe haven from the intense heat and humidity outside. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help with anything (scheduling appointments, recommending shops and restaurants, etc.). The place is definitely worth the price. I would say the location wasn't as convenient as advertised, but still not bad. It is located pretty close to a small night market and very close to multiple 7/11's and Family Mart convenience stores and a 12-minute walk from the nearest MRT station that has easy connections to other MRT and locations in the city.

One of the best serviced apartments I’ve been to anywhere. On par with five-star hotels in terms of design quality, room amenities, and maintenance.
Tip: Book the top floor for a view of the city skyline and mountains.
Location is a bit far from the MRT, around an 8-10 minute walk.
Room for improvement: Top floor deck and bar were too humid and hot - unusable in August. Gym was essentially a treadmill only. The AC takes a while to start up. Then light switches near bed are difficult to see when dark. The toilet makes periodic motor sounds. The comforter was way too heavy and warm for summertime, but the staff switched it to a lighter one upon request.

This is a wonderful place to stay when you visit Taipei. I stayed there for two and half months. I felt it was my home. It is very clean, safe and nice interior design. The location is convenient for metro, supermarkets and restaurants….,The employees are easy to communicate, and they’re very responsive. Wonderful, and friendly employees. My parents were looking to visit Taipei for a long stay and stumble onto Denizen. I can't say enough about this place from the point I reached out to make arrangements the reservation team was so delightful and helpful in booking the reservation as well as assisting me making airport transportation to and from. The whole experience was just so easy and comforting to know everything was taken care of. Then my parents called and can't stop saying how beautiful and thoughtfully the room was designed. Overall they had a wonderful 2 months stay and this would be the place from now on when we visit Taipei. Thank you Denizen. So happy to finally to find a place to call home away from home.

I came from New York to Taiwan for a long stay. I found this boutique long stay apartment , Nestled in a Da’an district of Taipei. The Long stay building has a neighborhood vibe and make me feel as if I lived here. I was thoroughly surprised by an old neighborhood with such a modern spacious design. This mid century modern hotel is very well put together, the room design is very well thought out to the Finest details, and the staff has good service and very welcoming. During my stay here I was offered a concierge map that took me to pinned locations: nearby essentials like grocery stores, Michelin restaurants, and attractions. 5/5 would visit again.

Denizen is such a hidden gem in the city of Taipei. If you are looking for a short-term rental for business or leisure stay in Taipei, look no further!
I first stayed in September 2022 and I was totally charmed by everything about it which made me a returned customer that I made a returned stay again in December 2022. This place has been tastefully designed, and the studio layout and its high-speed internet has satisfied everything that I needed during my stay for business purpose.
It is located in the prime location of Taipei city, just a few minutes' walk to MRT station and one stop to Taipei 101 district. Alternatively, the concierge can call you a taxi anytime you need it, and there was never a miss. The neighborhood reminds me of Le Marais in Paris, lots of cute little shops are within walking distance. Taking a stroll in the neighborhood always brings pleasant surprises.
All staffs (Daphne, Joyce, Ivy & Jeffrey) are all professionally trained, and they are all extremely friendly, thoughtful and efficient. For example, upon checking in or my 2nd stay in December, I was delighted to find a yoga mat and an air purifier already placed in my unit. These were items that I asked for my first stay in September, and the staff remembered my earlier request and made the same arrangement for my 2nd stay without me making additional attempt. Their services are immaculate, and the concierge never let you down!! Housekeeping service is also to the highest standard, and for me, a frequent traveler who sees the cleanness as my first priority, this place is where I can call home to be restful!
This place provided me everything I needed to call a home in Taipei, and I have no reservation recommending it to anyone who needs a short-term rental in Taipei. Thank you, Denizen!!

The time I spent at Denizen were absolutely fantastic. The living space has a unique modern feel but is simultaneously quite homey. The rooms are clean and updated with tons of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. We also had all the appliances we could want with a full kitchen and laundry in our unit, which was super convenient!
However it’s the incredibly friendly and attentive staff that take Denizen above and beyond. They were always readily available and quick to answer any question or request that we had. They would help us with everything from calling a taxi before we went downstairs to making a cup of coffee to send up to our room. The staff turned what would have simply been a great living space into a place that felt truly like home.
Look no further if you’re looking for a short-term place to call home in Taipei!

We loved our stay here.
The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and every aspect was thoughtfully planned - from the lighting (inside closets, bedsides), to storage (plenty of it), to the kitchen (panelized dishwasher and fridge, drying rack over the sink).
The comfortable mattress (slightly on the firmer side), well weighted comforter, mechanized blackout shades, and tabletop fan (provided by request as we are used to sleeping with white noise) helped us greatly with feeling ready to start each day.
The building was great. We didn’t use the gym space, but we did spend some time on/in the rooftop patio and den, both of which had nice city views. We also didn’t have the chance to get a coffee from the lobby, but we did make use of the other drinks and snacks provided there, which were nice for mornings we needed to get out the door quickly and evenings where we wanted another bite of something.
As for the location, it was excellent. There were plenty of food options nearby - cafes, western food, breakfast foods, etc. - including the Linjiang Night Market. A 7-11 and Family Mart were minutes away. It was just under a 10 minute walk to Xinyi Anhe MTR station on the red line, about the same to the Liuzhangli MTR station on the brown line, and there were lots of bus stops in the area too.
But beyond the room, building, and location, we cannot sufficiently compliment the wonderful staff. They were communicative and helpful before we arrived and during our stay, whether it was about our early morning arrival and needing to store luggage until check-in, reminders about logistics prior to New Year’s Eve celebrations, to (twice and on the spot) quickly confirming restaurant availability and hailing a taxi to get us there in time before closing. And those are just a few examples, amongst other thoughtful touches, of the interactions with them that made this stay so memorable.
We highly recommend the Denizen!

Been a tenant here for 2 months and it’s been amazing. Service is 5 stars and the room details are immaculate. Every little thing is well thought of, like having convenient plugs everywhere, automatic curtains, and a high quality Japanese bidet for the toilet. Location is excellent, just a few short minutes walk to the MRT and delicious eats like burger and co, masa and tong hua night market. Highly recommend staying here over any Airbnb or hotel in taipei

And The Denizen is the easiest to communicate with and the best service during pre-arrival and during arrangement period.
It’s at the top of the list of best experiences to work with. It is so important that they are professional and try to meet our requests at any time.
They truly provide the service equivalent to luxury brand hotels. I can trust them and know my boss is in good hands which makes my job easier and more smooth.

There is an automatic parking structure that you can use if you drive, makes getting in and out of the hotel very convenient. The staff are very attentive and friendly. All in all, this is a really excellent place for a longer term stay.

This place is incredibly comfortable, clean, and classy. The layouts of the rooms are very meticulously planned out, and small touches that I have never even considered before when planning my stays away from home contributed to a much more pleasant living experience — such as the kinds of available kitchenware, thoughtful placement of outlets and switches, and overall functionality of amenities.
The location is near a lot of great Taipei restaurants and bars, but in a quiet enough area that guests aren't disturbed by noise from the street. Customer service is also very responsive and patient.
I highly recommend The Denizen for those who want top tier hotel-style service, but still want to feel like they're in a home away from home.

We booked a one month stay at Denizen because of its excellent location. We were immediately amazed by the design and quality of our room and amenities. Not just first impression, but how it is super user friendly and much thought must had been considered during the design phase, and no details missed during construction. The lobby is super cozy and we greeted many of our friends and even held some business engagements there. Just as we were amazed by its hardware, the staff at Denizen impressed us even more. They are so professional and friendly, and they go beyond what we expected. Simply said, they made us feel like it’s our home away from home. We decided to extend our stay for another month, and we were impressed by the staff up to the last seconds of our stay. It made our 2 months stay in Taipei pleasant, joyful, and relaxed. If there is a sixth star, I would give it to everyone who works there, thank you for hosting us.

We stayed at The Denizen from July 3rd to Sep 6th, 2022, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience of our time there.
Before The Denizen, we also stayed at The Grand Hyatt, The Eslite Hotel, and local AirBnB; all of them were good but nothing compared to The Denizen.
Aside from the prime location of this service apartment (right beside the night market, restaurants, convenient stores, and easy access to the MRT), the room was spacious, super clean (weekly cleaning service x2), and functional with everything you need, perhaps the best feature of the Denizen is the people.
I’ve received tremendous service and help from Jeffry, Ivy, Joyce, and Daphne.
They have brought so much joy and warmth to our time in Taipei and truly made us feel at home.
After all, it’s what Taiwan is famous for; its people.
If you ever need a place to call home during your stay in Taipei, I highly recommend the Denizen.

We loved our stay here.
The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and every aspect was thoughtfully planned - from the lighting (inside closets, bedsides), to storage (plenty of it), to the kitchen (panelized dishwasher and fridge, drying rack over the sink).
The comfortable mattress (slightly on the firmer side), well weighted comforter, mechanized blackout shades, and tabletop fan (provided by request as we are used to sleeping with white noise) helped us greatly with feeling ready to start each day.
The building was great. We didn’t use the gym space, but we did spend some time on/in the rooftop patio and den, both of which had nice city views. We also didn’t have the chance to get a coffee from the lobby, but we did make use of the other drinks and snacks provided there, which were nice for mornings we needed to get out the door quickly and evenings where we wanted another bite of something.
As for the location, it was excellent. There were plenty of food options nearby - cafes, western food, breakfast foods, etc. - including the Linjiang Night Market. A 7-11 and Family Mart were minutes away. It was just under a 10 minute walk to Xinyi Anhe MTR station on the red line, about the same to the Liuzhangli MTR station on the brown line, and there were lots of bus stops in the area too.
But beyond the room, building, and location, we cannot sufficiently compliment the wonderful staff. They were communicative and helpful before we arrived and during our stay, whether it was about our early morning arrival and needing to store luggage until check-in, reminders about logistics prior to New Year’s Eve celebrations, to (twice and on the spot) quickly confirming restaurant availability and hailing a taxi to get us there in time before closing. And those are just a few examples, amongst other thoughtful touches, of the interactions with them that made this stay so memorable.

Been a tenant here for 2 months and it’s been amazing. Service is 5 stars and the room details are immaculate. Every little thing is well thought of, like having convenient plugs everywhere, automatic curtains, and a high quality Japanese bidet for the toilet. Location is excellent, just a few short minutes walk to the MRT and delicious eats like burger and co, masa and tong hua night market. Highly recommend staying here over any Airbnb or hotel in taipei

I have assisted many foreign bosses/managers/visitors to book accommodation in Taipei in the past 20 years.
And The Denizen is the easiest to communicate with and the best service during pre-arrival and during arrangement period.
It’s at the top of the list of best experiences to work with. It is so important that they are professional and try to meet our requests at any time.
They truly provide the service equivalent to luxury brand hotels. I can trust them and know my boss is in good hands which makes my job easier and more smooth.
After all, as a Taiwanese, we want to leave the best impression of Taipei city to any foreigners/newcomers and The Denizen is the best choice. I highly recommend Denizen to all my friends and also to all executive assistants.

地點非常方便，周圍生活機能極佳， 便利商店，兩個超市還有很多餐廳咖啡廳可選擇。房間很舒適，有基本的廚房設備和餐具還有咖啡機，讓我能偶爾吃膩外食的時候自己準備。酒店設有立體停車空間，讓我進出都非常便利。酒店人員親切服務周到。這是一個非常適合長住的酒店。I highly recommend the Denizen, it’s location is excellent, with two supermarkets and numerous convenience stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is more spacious than a typical hotel and has basic cooking facilities and a nespresso machine, makes it easy to cook for myself whenever I am not in the mood to eat out. There is an automatic parking structure that you can use if you drive, makes getting in and out of the hotel very convenient. The staff are very attentive and friendly. All in all, this is a really excellent place for a longer term stay.

This place is incredibly comfortable, clean, and classy. The layouts of the rooms are very meticulously planned out, and small touches that I have never even considered before when planning my stays away from home contributed to a much more pleasant living experience — such as the kinds of available kitchenware, thoughtful placement of outlets and switches, and overall functionality of amenities.
The location is near a lot of great Taipei restaurants and bars, but in a quiet enough area that guests aren't disturbed by noise from the street. Customer service is also very responsive and patient.
I highly recommend The Denizen for those who want top tier hotel-style service, but still want to feel like they're in a home away from home.

We booked a one month stay at Denizen because of its excellent location. We were immediately amazed by the design and quality of our room and amenities. Not just first impression, but how it is super user friendly and much thought must had been considered during the design phase, and no details missed during construction. The lobby is super cozy and we greeted many of our friends and even held some business engagements there. Just as we were amazed by its hardware, the staff at Denizen impressed us even more. They are so professional and friendly, and they go beyond what we expected. Simply said, they made us feel like it’s our home away from home. We decided to extend our stay for another month, and we were impressed by the staff up to the last seconds of our stay. It made our 2 months stay in Taipei pleasant, joyful, and relaxed. If there is a sixth star, I would give it to everyone who works there, thank you for hosting us.

We stayed at The Denizen from July 3rd to Sep 6th, 2022, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience of our time there.
Before The Denizen, we also stayed at The Grand Hyatt, The Eslite Hotel, and local AirBnB; all of them were good but nothing compared to The Denizen.
Aside from the prime location of this service apartment (right beside the night market, restaurants, convenient stores, and easy access to the MRT), the room was spacious, super clean (weekly cleaning service x2), and functional with everything you need, perhaps the best feature of the Denizen is the people.
I’ve received tremendous service and help from Jeffry, Ivy, Joyce, and Daphne.
They have brought so much joy and warmth to our time in Taipei and truly made us feel at home.
After all, it’s what Taiwan is famous for; its people.
If you ever need a place to call home during your stay in Taipei, I highly recommend the Denizen.
P.S You won’t need Starbucks as they also make excellent coffee here! ❤️
