Welcome to Healthy Residence. The hotel implements access control. The gates on both sides are open from 6:00 to 22:00. After the opening hours, please use the room card sensor to enter and exit the right gate and gate.

Counter service hours are 6:00-22:00, and check-in time is 15:00~22:00.

We provide you with two room types: "Deluxe Room" and "Premier Suite", and provide weekly and monthly rental plans.

Charge price:

"Deluxe Room" weekly rental price: 21,000, monthly rental price: 81,000

"Premium Suite" weekly rental price: 24,500, monthly rental price: 90,000

1. Weekly rent is calculated on a 7-day basis, and monthly rent is calculated on a 30-day period. No refunds will be made after check-in.

2. The above includes daily breakfast and daily cleaning (garbage collection and bathroom cleaning are provided daily, and bed sheets are changed every seven days).

3. Kitchen: only available in "Premier Suite" room types.

4. Parking lot: The parking lot has a height limit of 1.75 meters (mechanical fixed grid) and charges 60 yuan per hour. The maximum charge for the day is $200. Please pay at the B2 and B3 automatic payment machines before leaving.

5. Pick-up and drop-off service: The counter provides airport pick-up and drop-off or urban taxi service. If you have any pick-up and drop-off needs, please contact the counter.

6. Restaurant: 2F provides buffet breakfast for residents. Deluxe rooms include breakfast for 1 person per room per day, and breakfast for 1-2 guests per room per room for premium suites. Additional breakfast coupons can be purchased if necessary.

7. Laundry room: There are free self-service washers and dryers on the Premier Suite floor, and coin-operated self-service washers and dryers are provided on the 19th floor.

The hotel's online booking deposit is collected in accordance with the provisions of the "Standardized Contract" promulgated by the Tourism Bureau, and "30% of the total room price of this order" is charged as a deposit. Deductions for canceled reservations will be made in accordance with the ratio stipulated by law:

★If the guest cancels the reservation on the day of stay, 100% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation within 1 day before the accommodation date, 80% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation within 2-3 days before the accommodation date, 70% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation 4-6 days before the accommodation date, 60% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation within 7-9 days before the accommodation date, 50% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation 10-13 days before the accommodation date, 30% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If the passenger cancels the reservation 14 days before the accommodation date (including 14 days), 0% of the prepaid deposit amount will be deducted.

★If this hotel has limited time and limited reservations, the room price and content will be adjusted according to the different hotel projects. The actual deposit deduction ratio shall be subject to the announcement of the project content.
