A super convenient place to live in, room is good enough for 1 person stay. Shower is clean and no smell or residue. I’ve stayed here for 5 nights and I like my location. 8mins walk to Ximending and Ximen MRT station, 3mins walk to National Taiwan Museum and 5 mins walk Tamsui-Xinyi line via NTU exit 3.

The room is kinda small but clean and new. Like the bathroom facilities. On my first day of check-in, came across the receptionists who were welcoming and friendly. Did not have a line to make a call out and they were very helpful at the help-desk. (: the location is situated about 10 minutes walk to Taipei Main station/ Ximending

靠近捷運台大醫院站走路一下就到了，如果行程要走藍線或綠線，走去西門站也不會太遠。房間雖然不大，但乾乾淨淨基本該有的都有，而且馬桶是免治馬桶超級加分，美中不足床有點偏小，我身高175公分躺床腳就會凸出去。

I thought the hotel was near to 西門町 but sadly it is not, it needs to take ard 10mins walk. I was surprised that the hotel is located in a commercial building. The room is so small when we unpacked our luggages (approx 2 24’ inch luggages), we can barely walk inside. It is fine if u only stay for one night. But i guess u can hv a better choice with that money.

在網路訂房後打電話確認訂單，服務員口氣超～級～不耐煩，住了這麼多間旅館但第一次遇到
入住及退房都是用自助機台操作，會有服務員在旁邊再次講解住房須知。
房間偏小但還OK，床及枕頭軟硬適中也滿乾淨，旅館只提供一罐三合一洗沐，有個人喜好的建議自備。
隔音還可以，晚上偶爾會有水流聲從排水口傳出。
馬桶坐墊不知何故有個小貼紙，每次一掀開馬桶上蓋都會被嚇到以為有便便掉在坐墊上
床頭兩側有小吊燈兩盞都是壞的，按了沒亮就算了，其中一邊還不斷閃爍有夠像在拍鬼片 重點是還關不掉！根本無法睡覺，只能把燈泡先轉下來，退房前再裝回去。

我們是來自香港的旅客，在agoda訂房子的。這裡的客服很友善親切，還懂很多語言，日語、英語、粵語都聽得懂或者可以說。熱心回答我的問題，還介紹很多酒店附近的美食！服務是很不錯的！我們住在3樓的雙人床房間，可是我訂了有窗口的，卻完全看不到什麼景觀，不知道是不是旁邊正在施工，有圍板給檔住了整個窗，有點失望。房間算少，洗手盤都在出面的，只夠放一個半開的行李箱。至於整潔度，我給滿分，找不到扣分的位置！最後我建議廁所可以加衣物掛鉤更衣會更方便！

這間飯店超級糟糕！ㄧ進lobby有一個很重的消毒藥水! 房間的地板是地毯、地毯、地毯！！打掃的又很不到位。棉被套和枕頭套上面都有不明的紅色污漬，像是映到口紅般沒洗乾淨。晚上睡覺一躺下天花板上居然有一個直徑10公分大的紅色圓形燈光（關不掉的那一種）。且入夜後櫃檯就沒有服務人員。重點是晚上那一位男性接待人員很不專業，講話很隨便，不管是對其他客人或我們！非常不適合從事飯店服務工作！非常不推薦！

😀 - Convenient location - MRT station is a 6-minute walk. Centrally located, near the National Taiwan Museum, Memorial Park and 228 Peace Monument. Room was neat and clean. 😞 - Room on the cozier side - not much room for luggage. Check-in process at 3:30pm was a bit chaotic as they have a very strict check-in time and there was a line up of people waiting in the lobby.

😀 - The room and hotel was very sleek, new, clean and very quiet, with an unbelievably huge bed and soft duvet. And the bathroom was utmost clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and the check in and out process was very easy. It's very very close to Taipei Main Station if you need to travel early the next morning. 😞 - Everything was amazing about our luxurious stay. We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer than 1 night.

😀 - They provide luggage storage before check in and after check out. The service lady is nice and attentive. The front desk speaks good English. Located near Ximending, taipei station and few night markets. It has Japanese bidet. 😞 - They say online their front desk only open 0800-2300. But when I go there the staff are available all night. I have to checkout early so this is misinformation. They do have the self checkin machine though. The pantry and laundry also only open 0800-2300. Mind that there are only 1 set of wasing machine & dryer. The room is smaller than I expected. Its very cramped. Not recommend if you stay more than 1 night. Maybe good for solo traveller.

😀 - It was a good location, close to Ximending but not too close that it would be too loud in the area. The room was clean overall and looked similar to the photos. They also offered complementary catering in the kitchen during staffed hours, which included drinks and snacks. 😞 - We chose the windowless room, not expecting that we would be placed next to the staff cleaning room. It was extremely noisy in the morning and woke us up every day. Room service is also not provided every day, as you had to request it in the morning before noon otherwise no one would come to your room. We pre-read a brochure which stated that room service had to be requested before noon the day of cleaning. Despite this, when we talked to hotel staff to confirm instructions, we were told off to "please read the brochure before you ask about room service", although we already had. After following instructions as told, room service was still not provided on the date of request. The lift is also very slow as there are multiple levels and only 2 available.

In overall its quite a pleasant stay. 😞 - For 3 pax rooms, there’s no window. We are told it was stated on the page, but we kind of miss it. It definitely affect our stay there. The other rooms we got are nice, too bad its peak period during our stay and there is no other rooms for us to switch around.

😀 - Facilities located from the third floor of an old building but were renovated with a modern look. Our room was a bit tiny but accommodated us well with basic amenities for five nights. I value the cleanliness and the great location of place with many food stalls around. Ximending and NTU Hospital metro is also within a five-minute-walking distance. 😞 - Some staff were super helpful while some were not so friendly, but they all helped us well with our inquiry.

😀 - I liked the free soda in the lobby. Very responsive through email/chat. Location isn't outstanding, but okay. They let you leave the luggages after check-out. Nice toilet with bidet. 😞 - FALSE FIRE ALARM AT DAWN BUT ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE OR MEASURES FROM FRONT OFFICE (I mean seriously, it was scary as h***, the main reason I gave it a 2 star experience), stains in the shower room floor, too humid (even with a/c or dehumidifier), hallway light is seen from the door, hear noise from hallway.

😀 - ロケーション：徒歩圏内に異なる地下鉄の線の駅があり、移動に便利でした。近くにスターバックスを含む飲食店も多くあります。 スタッフ：フレンドリーに対応して下さりました。 😞 - エレベーター：ボタンを押してもなかなか来なくて、出掛けたりフロントへ行くのに時間がかかりました。 非常アラーム：滞在中に大音量で館内にアラームがなったが、それについての説明のアナウンスが中国語だけで誤作動なのか訓練なのか分かりませんでした。後で自らフロントに確認に行きました。 インターネット：部屋番号のwifiが通っているはずでしたが見つからず、他の部屋のwifiを使いました。 掃除：掃除の希望は当日の午前中にフロントへ伝えるようにとのことでした。午前中に伝えましたが、夕方17時を過ぎても掃除には来てもらえていませんでした。その後、夕食に出掛けている間には入ってくれていましたが、ベッドメイクをしただけで、タオルの交換やアメニティーの補充も不十分だったと感じました。 カードキー：電池切れ？で作動しなくなり、フロントで交換してもらいました。
一人旅にはお勧めです。

😀 - 年末でかなり混んでいて空いてるホテルを予約したという感じでしたが、想像以上に部屋の施設は綺麗で特に水回りはとても清潔でした。ベッドも広くて快眠でした。あと立地が思いのほか良かった。寧夏夜市に徒歩で行けました。 ピーク時なので高額でしたが、ローシーズンの価格でみたらお得感あると思います。 😞 - 扉開けたらすぐ部屋ですが、1人で泊まるなら十分の広さでした。

😀 - Convenient location - MRT station is a 6-minute walk. Centrally located, near the National Taiwan Museum, Memorial Park and 228 Peace Monument. Room was neat and clean. 😞 - Room on the cozier side - not much room for luggage. Check-in process at 3:30pm was a bit chaotic as they have a very strict check-in time and there was a line up of people waiting in the lobby.

😀 - The room and hotel was very sleek, new, clean and very quiet, with an unbelievably huge bed and soft duvet. And the bathroom was utmost clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and the check in and out process was very easy. It's very very close to Taipei Main Station if you need to travel early the next morning. 😞 - Everything was amazing about our luxurious stay. We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer than 1 night.

😀 - They provide luggage storage before check in and after check out. The service lady is nice and attentive. The front desk speaks good English. Located near Ximending, taipei station and few night markets. It has Japanese bidet. 😞 - They say online their front desk only open 0800-2300. But when I go there the staff are available all night. I have to checkout early so this is misinformation. They do have the self checkin machine though. The pantry and laundry also only open 0800-2300. Mind that there are only 1 set of wasing machine & dryer. The room is smaller than I expected. Its very cramped. Not recommend if you stay more than 1 night. Maybe good for solo traveller.
Overall clean and similar to the photos but poor customer service and room servicing.

😀 - It was a good location, close to Ximending but not too close that it would be too loud in the area. The room was clean overall and looked similar to the photos. They also offered complementary catering in the kitchen during staffed hours, which included drinks and snacks. 😞 - We chose the windowless room, not expecting that we would be placed next to the staff cleaning room. It was extremely noisy in the morning and woke us up every day. Room service is also not provided every day, as you had to request it in the morning before noon otherwise no one would come to your room. We pre-read a brochure which stated that room service had to be requested before noon the day of cleaning. Despite this, when we talked to hotel staff to confirm instructions, we were told off to "please read the brochure before you ask about room service", although we already had. After following instructions as told, room service was still not provided on the date of request. The lift is also very slow as there are multiple levels and only 2 available.

In overall its quite a pleasant stay. 😞 - For 3 pax rooms, there’s no window. We are told it was stated on the page, but we kind of miss it. It definitely affect our stay there. The other rooms we got are nice, too bad its peak period during our stay and there is no other rooms for us to switch around.

😀 - Facilities located from the third floor of an old building but were renovated with a modern look. Our room was a bit tiny but accommodated us well with basic amenities for five nights. I value the cleanliness and the great location of place with many food stalls around. Ximending and NTU Hospital metro is also within a five-minute-walking distance. 😞 - Some staff were super helpful while some were not so friendly, but they all helped us well with our inquiry.

Nice toilet with bidet. 😞 - FALSE FIRE ALARM AT DAWN BUT ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE OR MEASURES FROM FRONT OFFICE (I mean seriously, it was scary as h***, the main reason I gave it a 2 star experience), stains in the shower room floor, too humid (even with a/c or dehumidifier), hallway light is seen from the door, hear noise from hallway.

😀 - ロケーション：徒歩圏内に異なる地下鉄の線の駅があり、移動に便利でした。近くにスターバックスを含む飲食店も多くあります。 スタッフ：フレンドリーに対応して下さりました。 😞 - エレベーター：ボタンを押してもなかなか来なくて、出掛けたりフロントへ行くのに時間がかかりました。 非常アラーム：滞在中に大音量で館内にアラームがなったが、それについての説明のアナウンスが中国語だけで誤作動なのか訓練なのか分かりませんでした。後で自らフロントに確認に行きました。 インターネット：部屋番号のwifiが通っているはずでしたが見つからず、他の部屋のwifiを使いました。 掃除：掃除の希望は当日の午前中にフロントへ伝えるようにとのことでした。午前中に伝えましたが、夕方17時を過ぎても掃除には来てもらえていませんでした。その後、夕食に出掛けている間には入ってくれていましたが、ベッドメイクをしただけで、タオルの交換やアメニティーの補充も不十分だったと感じました。 カードキー：電池切れ？で作動しなくなり、フロントで交換してもらいました。
一人旅にはお勧めです。

😀 - 年末でかなり混んでいて空いてるホテルを予約したという感じでしたが、想像以上に部屋の施設は綺麗で特に水回りはとても清潔でした。ベッドも広くて快眠でした。あと立地が思いのほか良かった。寧夏夜市に徒歩で行けました。 ピーク時なので高額でしたが、ローシーズンの価格でみたらお得感あると思います。 😞 - 扉開けたらすぐ部屋ですが、1人で泊まるなら十分の広さでした。

A super convenient place to live in, room is good enough for 1 person stay. Shower is clean and no smell or residue. I’ve stayed here for 5 nights and I like my location. 8mins walk to Ximending and Ximen MRT station, 3mins walk to National Taiwan Museum and 5 mins walk Tamsui-Xinyi line via NTU exit 3.

靠近捷運台大醫院站走路一下就到了，如果行程要走藍線或綠線，走去西門站也不會太遠。房間雖然不大，但乾乾淨淨基本該有的都有，而且馬桶是免治馬桶超級加分，美中不足床有點偏小，我身高175公分躺床腳就會凸出去。

I thought the hotel was near to 西門町 but sadly it is not, it needs to take ard 10mins walk. I was surprised that the hotel is located in a commercial building. The room is so small when we unpacked our luggages (approx 2 24’ inch luggages), we can barely walk inside. It is fine if u only stay for one night. But i guess u can hv a better choice with that money.

在網路訂房後打電話確認訂單，服務員口氣超～級～不耐煩，住了這麼多間旅館但第一次遇到
入住及退房都是用自助機台操作，會有服務員在旁邊再次講解住房須知。
房間偏小但還OK，床及枕頭軟硬適中也滿乾淨，旅館只提供一罐三合一洗沐，有個人喜好的建議自備。
隔音還可以，晚上偶爾會有水流聲從排水口傳出。
馬桶坐墊不知何故有個小貼紙，每次一掀開馬桶上蓋都會被嚇到以為有便便掉在坐墊上
床頭兩側有小吊燈兩盞都是壞的，按了沒亮就算了，其中一邊還不斷閃爍有夠像在拍鬼片 重點是還關不掉！根本無法睡覺，只能把燈泡先轉下來，退房前再裝回去。

我們是來自香港的旅客，在agoda訂房子的。這裡的客服很友善親切，還懂很多語言，日語、英語、粵語都聽得懂或者可以說。熱心回答我的問題，還介紹很多酒店附近的美食！服務是很不錯的！我們住在3樓的雙人床房間，可是我訂了有窗口的，卻完全看不到什麼景觀，不知道是不是旁邊正在施工，有圍板給檔住了整個窗，有點失望。房間算少，洗手盤都在出面的，只夠放一個半開的行李箱。至於整潔度，我給滿分，找不到扣分的位置！最後我建議廁所可以加衣物掛鉤更衣會更方便！

這間飯店超級糟糕！ㄧ進lobby有一個很重的消毒藥水! 房間的地板是地毯、地毯、地毯！！打掃的又很不到位。棉被套和枕頭套上面都有不明的紅色污漬，像是映到口紅般沒洗乾淨。晚上睡覺一躺下天花板上居然有一個直徑10公分大的紅色圓形燈光（關不掉的那一種）。且入夜後櫃檯就沒有服務人員。重點是晚上那一位男性接待人員很不專業，講話很隨便，不管是對其他客人或我們！非常不適合從事飯店服務工作！非常不推薦！
