環境維持很好。之後有機會還會入住，廁所有翻新，乾淨

飛行機に携帯を忘れてしまいましたが、ホテルの方が電話で取り合ってくれました。 無事見つかり大変助かりました。 ホテルも綺麗。市場にも近い。 オススメです。

외관과 공용시설은 오래되었으나, 화장실은 리모델링을 했는데 깔끔합니다. 매일 하우스키핑을 받을 수 있어서 저녁에 오면 기분이 좋아요 바로앞에 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리하고 호텔 바로 옆에 있는 공원에 야외수영장이 있어서 진작 알았으면 한번 가봤을껄 아쉽습니다. 젠탄역 도보 5분이내라 대중교통 이용하기 너무 편하고 타이베이 메인역으로 가려고 한다면 호텔에서 20분내에 도착할 수 있어요 스린야시장까지 도보7분, 큰도로 따라서 걷기 때문에 야간에도 무섭거나 하지 않았습니다 번화가에 있지 않고 주택가에 있지만 번화가까지는 금방 이동할 수 있으니 괜찮았어요 방도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고 넓어요 창문 열다가 방충망 열어봤는데 너무나 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 저렴한 가격에 잘 이용했습니다. 다음 방문시에도 이용할 의사 있습니다. Rooms: 침구는 너무 폭신하지도 단단하지도 않고 깨끗합니다. 화장실이 리모델링 되어있어서 좋아요

台北星美休閒飯店，在士林夜市附近算是性價比比較高的，這邊步行到士林夜市只需要10分鐘。 我特別要推薦的是他的櫃檯晚班櫃檯人員還不錯，是一位微胖，面帶笑容態度親切的女孩。入住的時候是傍晚，他很親切地幫我在飯店周邊找到免費停車位，而且幫我引導停車，讓我在士林周邊很難停車的地方有個不錯的停車位。 飯店的對面有兩家便利超商，然後也有八方雲集，更妙的是還有家藥店。 如果你願意走遠一點，大概5分鐘的路程吧，還可以找到鬍鬚張滷肉飯和孫東寶牛排館。 當然重點是士林夜市啦，因為地理位置，這家飯店去陽明山或者天母或者北投溫泉也都很方便。如果你想在台北玩兩天一夜的行程，還可以晚上士林夜市吃飯，半夜上陽明山洗溫泉，早上起床去擎天崗玩，順便逛一逛硫磺谷，然後下午直接飆向淡水老街和淡水碼頭。接著要轉換路線上國道也很方便。 飯店對面還有一個公園，早上散步也不錯。 飯店內部的房間空間雖然不是很大，但是基本的設備都有，浴室還有浴缸可以用，一人大小泡澡剛剛好。總之我覺得在士林地區來看的話，這家飯店算是性價比比較高的。

價格佳，離士林夜市和劍潭捷運站站只需走路10分鐘，房間很乾淨，隔音也不錯，下次來台北會列入第一考慮飯店。

雖然在小巷弄內的飯店，但房間很乾淨、整潔，住起來很舒服，已經住過一次，這次旅遊地點在附近，還是選擇回來這裡。附近用餐及購物都很方便~

價錢便宜，雖然外觀看起來有點舊，但是內部還可以，CP值很高 Rooms: 空間算大，尤其是廁所

官網圖看起來舊舊的，建議要重新拍，實際房間滿高雅的，浴室也很大，有淋浴間跟大浴缸，水量非常大，洗的很滿意，有機會還會入住。

Oh, this...is going to be long. The staff only speaks chinese...It was really hard to communicate. Also the room we booked wasn't even available, so we got booked to another room. They called this an "upgrade" , of which we didn't even ask for. They gave us the VIP room. At first we were like "Oh, okay. That should be fine." Uh, no, it was NOT okay!! That room was absolutely nasty. It was on the top floor. It looked as if it wasn't used in decades. There was piles dust absolutely everywhere and when we asked them to clean it, the staff didn't even do it. We didn't even want to SIT on the bed let alone SLEEP in it. The walls literally changed color by the humidity and looked saggy. Whatever year this hotel was built, it seems there hasn't been a renovation since then. Sheesh. The beds were hard, sheets with some holes in them and the pillows had stains and just looked real old. There were times when there was bugs in the bathrooms and an ant infestation too. You could tell the room wasn't even prepared to have guests. The heat was unbearable when we got in since the AC wasn't even on. We had to run the AC for 3 hours before the room started cooling down. We were absolutely shocked. We couldn't even change the room since all the other ones are already booked. Oh, and there's only one elevator. It only goes until the tenth floor when there are a total of 11. We were on the 11 th floor and we had to climb up and down stairs every day from our room t'ill the tenth floor to use the elevator. It takes quite a while to wait and honestly, I rather take the stairs. The location was good. It was near convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies and facilitates going to tourists attractions since it's not too far (by car). It has good bathrooms overall the bathtubs are nice.

每一位工作人員的服務態度都很好，特別是一位姓吳的女士，一直積極幫助我解決各種旅行中碰到的難題。房間雖然略嫌陳舊，但很乾淨，我訂到的房間還可以看到遠山風景。樓下就是便利店和公園，周邊好幾家美食餐廳。交通四通八達，總之是很令人滿意的一次住宿體驗。唯一缺點房間隔音偏差。

飯店訂房系統保持在50年代、第一晚1877多 星期六2800多 星期假日3700多 第二晚房物人員11點在我剛睡入眠打電話來催退房、讓客人就睡不著、感覺很不舒服、窗簾太亮、也沒有用銀布或三層落地窗簾（對於我們夜貓族來說很不友善⋯

下午3點半 到現場辦理入住，工作人員說：「目前有一間房間，但是浴缸會漏水，問我們能不能接受？」拒絕後，櫃檯人員表示需要等40分鐘，我們接受後，直到可以入住已經5點，等待了1個多小時，櫃檯圓圓框眼鏡妹只會推給打掃人員，並且還說是我們不接受有問題的房間 哈囉？！為何我要接受有問題房間？ 如果無法準時讓旅客辦理入住，就不要表明15點可以登記！ 要超賣房間人力就準備好，還一堆理由

不想做服務業你就不要做！ 憑甚麼要我們受你大夜班的氣！！！ 客滿？我的問題？ 我請你幫忙已經超出你的能力範圍了嗎？ 難道我理解錯了？？？？ 還是您有什麼困難？ 莫名奇妙！！！！！！！！！ 明明就累得要死，現在卻滿肚子氣！

價位蠻貴的，五千多還沒附早餐，三房第三個床是折疊床..

離士林夜市和捷運大約走500～700公尺。 房間很讚很乾淨，服務人員態度好，入住晚上有其他房客講話太吵，服務人員有馬上打電話處理，讚

We stayed 5 nights here, it was a very nice hotel. Centrally located - 5 minute walk from Shillin market, and easy to reach other parts of Taipei. The room was very comfortable.

唉…我也是一個做服務業的人，但我忍受不了想抱怨一下，今天接待櫃檯也不知道是不是新人，但如果是其實我都可以體諒，但check in竟然等了快20分鐘…一句不好意思也沒有，而且隔壁應該是一個比較資深的員工，雖然他一直再接電話，但是其實應該也要查覺到怎麼一個刷卡可以搞得這麼久，然後還有一些細節由不知道為什麼…我們從頭到尾也沒有任何催促跟不耐，只是覺得一句不好意思 讓您們久等…說出來我就覺得算了…最無奈是我booking訂的是雙床房，從原本1300直接變2000元的房型，上樓才發現根本是雙人床，下樓反應後，櫃台跟我們說 我們沒有所謂的雙床房，我們都是雙人床幫你們拆開改成兩張單人床…那請問多花了700元請你們把床拆開成兩個….雙床房應該是有特定格局，中間有一個明顯的隔閡…一個床頭櫃分開之類的，我們等check in時後，那個員工一直跟電話那一頭報價雙人房是1300，突然覺得我們住進一個雙人床拆成兩張單人床好盤子啊….這一次真的領教了

千萬不要做其他平台買他們的卷歐 會瞧不起買卷的人 然後說客滿 必須買他們飯店的價格 然後環境髒髒的 店員還會很不屑的態度對待你

雖然有toto 衛浴，沒有附早餐，重點是服務人員不專業，居然會在入住前幾天的「晚上10點」打給房客，誇張。下次不會再來了。

房間設施還算不錯 但是進房網站表定3點 3點多辦好checkin 拖到4點才有房間，理由是還沒有整理好，只能坐在旁邊發呆，服務人員也無法確定可以進房的時間 連住兩晚，沒有進房整理房間，第二晚房間在半夜出現一隻會飛的大蟑螂 會飛到處跑的大蟑螂 連忙通知櫃檯，很快就派人來打蟑螂 但是該員把打蟑螂的電蚊拍放在我床上 折騰一番終於抓到蟑螂 還說是因為我開窗所以蟑螂飛進來 我住8樓 蟑螂可以飛進來可想而知這隻蟑螂有多大隻多會飛 無語的我沒有要求換房 隔天早上迅速收一收 退房

幫國外朋友詢二間房八月底（四天三夜）算我2000／日，假日與國外朋友討論完星期一再打去要預訂，換了一位人員跟我說第一天2000，第二、三天直接跳三千多，他很確定是其他的二位說錯了，那之前諮詢是在講好玩的嗎？這間是以前我常去的看到了那些評價還心想或許中間有些什麼誤會..還是力推朋友雖說沒已經沒有以前好吃的早餐了、但環境還是不錯的，不過經過這樣沒信用的回覆，這常去的一間再來就變成不會去的一間，只能說附近如此競爭這服務品質及策略讓人可以直接pass。

友達と士林夜市に徒歩で行きやすい場所という事で素泊まりで一泊。外観が古くて最初不安でしたが、部屋は綺麗かつクラシカルでいい感じです。アゴダで安く出ていたので泊まりましたが、文句なしです。 周りは少し歩くとスーパー、すぐ側にコンビニもあって不便さも無かったです。 また利用したい。

Rooms were extremely quiet, close to metro and good breakfast spots. Safe neighborhood. Shower pressure was fantastic, and rooms had complimentary water and snacks. They also have a laundry machine on the top floor for long trips.

熱鬧的住宿地點，近士林夜市，商圈機能都很讚，停車需要留鑰匙移動，枕頭感覺普通，整體感受還不錯 Rooms: 枕頭還好。。。 Nearby activities: 開車十分鐘到兒童樂園，科博館 Walkability: 十分鐘走到士林夜市 Food & drinks: 附近吃的都很多

沒有很爛但跟放到中午酸掉的豆漿一樣爛 風塵僕僕從屏東上來面試 飯店說網路上說3點可以入房， 我們也事前一天打電話說大約6點到達， 飯店人員說好，結果6點我們到了之後， 他請我們去外面逛逛因為房間還沒整理好， 要等到7:30 不確定是上個房客退房太晚使得清潔人員延宕還是怎樣 但是官方明寫12:00前就必須退房 整理時間不應該這麼久 很誇張 再來 7:30一到 我們詢問櫃台人員 居然是再請我們等一下== 到底等幾下 123457嗎全世界等你一個嗎 傻眼 累到不行結果還不能進房休息… 也沒有特約停車場 最近的地方是附近公園地下停車場，卻是小時計費無上限 整晚停下來費用也很駭人… 好 反正很爛 然後我好累 沒有負分的星星可以給 但還是想留差評 我真的好累

1.地下室房間連不上網路，換成飯店的Wi-Fi也一樣 2.電視的遙控很難用，電影看到一半就斷了，播放系統有問題 3.書桌的椅子超難坐，ㄧ移動姿勢就是咿咿歪歪超大聲

Cp超高，住商務雙人房，五樓。週日住， 只要1600元。 King size的硬床，好睡，在北藝中心後方，讚。

We booked an extra large quad room, which is huge and had a very nice view of the park. The checkin was efficient, location very convenient. The only downside is we miss having their breakfast buffet, but there are plenty of good breakfast places within walking distance Walkability: Shilin night market, local eateries, and MRT station very close by. Noteworthy details: This hotel is in an alley close to the big street so very convenient but also in a quiet neighborhood

很愉快的停留經驗，這樣的價錢竟然可以有品質這麼高的住宿。 空間大，傢俱多，有浴缸跟淋浴間，TOTO衛浴，真是物超所值。 離市區稍遠，但也還好，交通方便，價錢只有一半，品質是雙倍。 唯一缺點是管線水流聲有點大，但就鄰房洗澡幾十分鐘而已。

有乾淨的浴缸及 乾濕分離的淋浴 免治馬桶 訂房服務人員也相當親切 缺點停車位少 附近雖然有個方便的公有公園地下停車場 停整晚的停車費還是很嚇人 加上房間電視亮度無法調整，電視亮度比其他旅館還亮，打去櫃台詢問還無法調整，只能關掉電視 ‍

房間大但老舊、洗澡水量大。但重點是地毯跟床底還有其他一些放置處都不乾淨，地毯都黏了髒東西、床底也是、放置處一摸.手微黑，吹風機不太能吹、打客服詢問、回：飯店老舊、不能一直使用、不然要飯店炸掉嗎！飯店舊沒差、但衛生跟態度不好，不會再去 Nearby activities: 士林夜市 Walkability: 捷運站

Fantastic resting special price of 680 NT for 2 hours. 1 more hour for 200 more. The rooms are very spacious and super clean with top shelf equipment such Sony TV, Toto toilet... etc.

The room is okay. Big enough bathroom. I just wish there is additional pillow per bed.

櫃檯服務人員態度有夠差 請問你們怎麼培訓人員的？

這次住在地下室經濟房 整棟旅館給人二三十年前的裝潢感 但是整理得很乾淨 在地下室也不會覺得潮濕或是有霉味 若需士林周邊住宿可考慮這家旅館

實在是有夠爛的體驗 . 昨天下午打電話預訂報價四人房 4800 , 但因他們說人手不足晚點再打電話或傳 lin ..... 結果晚點漲價了 , 說是價格弄錯應該是 5600 元才對!! 且還要加床 , 由原本的兩人房變四人房給我們用 !!! 這些我都接受了!!! 但今晚卻又告知要再加2000 加床費!!!! 是怎樣 , 坐地漲價就對了 ? 4800 --> 5600 漲 800 5600 --> 7600 漲 2000 前前後後硬生生多了2800元 , 還跟我說房價本來就是這樣的!!!! 就算是這樣 , 為何一開始不說 ? 還有附帶一提 , 我們到台北士林住宿首選星美 , 我們之前已經住過好幾次了 ! 這次的體驗.... 我以後再也不去!!!! 真的是爛透了!!!!! 瘋狂漲價!!!!

服務人員的態度及臨場反應真的是有夠差的，小孩上台北比賽一整天累的要死，到飯店辦理入住時櫃台小姐竟然告知採報到的先後順序給房間，跟我說7點過後才有房間，還叫我先帶小孩去逛夜市，小姐，可以幫幫忙嗎？小孩累的半死妳還說這種話，那請問我幹嘛要先訂房呢？當天房間爆滿是我的問題嗎？我訂房不是應該把房間預留下來嗎？怎麼會叫顧客晚上七點後才能給房間呢？真的是有夠爛的爛，離譜致極！很不好的住宿經驗

特地從南部北上預訂了兩間房，辦理入住時卻連一個停車位都沒有，當天又冷又下雨，花了快9千沒附早餐就算了竟然車位都沒有！真土豪才住的起～而且免治馬桶除了坐墊會熱，其他按鍵怎麼按都沒反應，吹風機不過才吹一個孩子的頭髮就故障，反應後卻說是吹過熱？吹風機不吹熱風乾脆吹冷氣好了...而且隔音是真的超差，時不時就聽到撞擊聲響，一顆星是給大浴缸的

*隔音不好，隔壁房間關門聲可以聽的一清二楚，來住的人要審慎考慮 *浴室的吹風機風力很足夠有附平行風流的頭，對長髮人士友善，只是有點老舊要冷卻才能再吹 *水壓跟水溫恆溫都很不錯，浴室有浴缸還有免治馬桶很棒 *空調好像壞的，不論溫度調18或是25好像只有冷風吹出來，冬天來這邊住很冷，建議夏天住 *電視可看yt, iqiyi,有線電視 *床墊軟硬度還算適中不會太硬，某一人下床會感受到晃動 *枕頭只有給一人一顆有點扁，適合平躺的人 Nearby activities: 離台北表演藝術中心很近 Walkability: 離士劍潭站很近 Food & drinks: 離士林夜市很近

我租了ㄧ個地下室的房間，最棒的是免治馬桶，洗澡沒有熱水，房間地板某部份有聲音，隔音不好，有其他房客在房間抽煙，味道也能飄進來

定三人房卻給我雙人房加床，價錢卻是三人房的錢，跟照片完全不一樣，空間變超小

浴室門壞了根本關不起來，房間居然沒有任何一個插頭只有一個usb充電孔，還在電視附近，很多時候不一定是要充手機，電池什麼的只能插在浴室充… 毛巾和床具有一股怪味，不臭但是很像用消毒水洗的感覺，洗衣機感覺很不乾淨，才會有這種怪怪的味道 整體來說就是個簡樸的房間，但是沒到三星的品質，燈具邊緣上也都是灰塵，在易遊網上故意用比較豪華的房型照片去引導讓人覺得房間比較寬敞，實際就是個很普通連椅子都沒有的房間 優點大概是電視有付一些免費電影可以看？

服務好~價錢不貴

平日住1800無早餐，捷運方便，全家就在斜對面，ㄧ樓看似恐怖沒有櫃臺大廳，ㄧ張桌子check in，但房間整理過設備新+乾淨，乾濕分離的浴室加浴缸（水很熱，浴缸很乾淨），也有免治馬桶，可連網電視超大（55吋？），早上靠馬路顯得聲音較多，還可接受。

1/24訂房我們電話告知小姐要兩張大床，結果當天到飯店居然變成一張雙人床，可能飯店人員都是新的人，在場員工一直電話與主管聯繫，我們等了超過半小時，就不抱怨員工了，只希望老闆給員工待遇好一點，不要讓員工無法給出相對的服務品質真的很讓人失望，沒停車塲停到附近公園還要自付停車費，也沒附早餐。

不推薦，很可惜打掃的算乾淨，但服務人員態度欠佳，以及處理停車問題不恰當，影響出遊行程時間，一句道歉都沒，相信附近有更好的選擇。

只能說加油，服務態度，跟處理事情的解決方式

很遺憾兩顆星是我能給的最高程度，一來入住時讓我們一群人等待時間實在太久了，二來牽個車要離開也讓我們再次等了一小時才能離開延誤我們一行人的行程，希望加強櫃檯人員的訓練，也得加強其它人員處理態度的積極程度，影響到客人的任何時候時，並沒有一句的抱歉，只有解釋跟狡辯。

단점: 체크인 1시간 걸림 방에서 냄새남 방음 안됨 장점: 주변에 아침식당이 많음 스린야시장이랑 가까움 배달음식 시키면 대신 받아주고 전화로 알려줌

整體環境算乾淨，隔音很差，站在外面都可以聽到每個房間傳來的聲音。 第二天退房，想延後2小時，也在12點退房之前提早告知櫃檯。後來11點多接到退房提醒（當下我跟櫃檯人員說我是下午2點退房），到了下午12點多又接到一次提醒（我又再說一次）更誇張的是！居然我在休息過程中，居然有清潔人員直接闖入!!!!我整個嚇到！！延後2小時是哪裡交接有問題，中間過程發生這麼多事情是消費者必須買單的嗎？

飯店的對面就是公園還有ubike，走出門就有一些餐飲店，而且鄰近劍潭捷運站交通很方便，本次入住兩晚對於飯店整體空間設施及櫃台人員服務印象良好.

Nice hotel to stay! Good location, walking distance to MTR, park and convenient stores. The staff are friendly. They don't speak English fluently but will do their best to assist the customers. With available self-service coffee and tea - available to all guest from morning to evening. The room is clean and with welcome drinks and snacks.

外觀看起來不怎麼樣，服務，清潔跟內裝都很有水準，價格漂亮

離士林夜市很近，對面有前港公園可以帶小朋友放風走走，還有鄰近士林夜市可以買東西很方便，房間很乾淨，服務人員很有禮貌 ，樓下就有很多好吃的早餐店跟便利超商 Walkability: 到士林夜市很近

線上訂兩人單床、訂單完成到現場才說沒有房型可以提供、詢問能否提供多一條棉被也無法提供、櫃台人員一直表示只能幫忙取消訂單

過年期間來住的，雖然是一晚2000$初／2位，不是太貴，晚上來辦理住宿的服務人員人是很親切，但是做事不夠細心沒有主動給房卡還是我們自己提到的，再來是空調部分不能調整就算了，還設定在18度 整晚鼻子過敏……電視部分也是看一下子而已系統顯示網路不穩定早上反應給一位男服務員結果只嬉皮笑臉的回我們這都會這樣子，沒有針對問題回應我們 再來昨天晚上講好車子會幫我們從停車場開過來飯店門口車鑰匙才給你們保管，昨晚還打電話問我們何時要辦理退房好幫我們把車子開過來結果到了早上改成要我們自己開過來！這種飯店不會再來住了！

星美飯店違規佔用騎樓停車 有些車的車屁股更直接停出來佔用外面實體人行道 非常不應該 會這樣對待當地居民的飯店 為什麼還要容忍 請改善！！！

스린야시장 근처에 있어서 아주 좋았습니다 호텔은 좀 많이 노후되어 잇긴 한데 방 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 바닥이 카펫재질이라 조금 찝찝했지만 그래도 나름 청결해서 괜찮았어요 여기 화장실이 꽤 크고 괜찮습니다 (욕조잇음) 대신에 어메니티가 칫솔치약, 샴푸, 바디워시 있는데 리조트처럼 벽에 붙어있어요

位置非常好，士林夜市步行距離，旁邊有餐廳，藥局和公園。房間內設施也不錯，但入住恰逢降溫厲害，而酒店內的暖氣是不行的，只會吹冷風，打電話去服務台也說沒有被子可以加，一家人只有穿滿衣服睡了。

靠近劍潭捷運站，走路約五到十分鐘，因為需要較久的時間整理房間，直接幫我從雙人房升級成四人房，是很愉快的經驗，唯一美中不足的是只有一部電梯，需要較久的時間等待，剛好入住第二天爬完大縱走腳已鐵腿又遇上工人搬運修繕物品，一等等了十幾分鐘才回到房間，不過整體來說下次還是會選擇此間入住～

地點離捷運站差不多走路5~10分鐘，櫃檯人員親切和善，地段兼具方便與安靜，整體住起來相當舒適，比較可惜的是我當時住的那間房間沒辦法調冷氣溫度，半夜有被冷醒。

吹風機吹兩分鐘就過熱，無法使用，頭髮完全沒辦法吹乾，打去櫃檯反應，男生服務人員卻說全飯店的的吹風機都有一樣的問題 我問：那能先再拿一台吹風機給我們嗎？不然只能頭髮濕濕的乾等吹風機冷卻，這樣很容易感冒。 櫃檯：沒辦法，吹風機沒有多的了，只能等待冷卻才能再使用。 真的非常無言，而且為什麼已經知道吹風機有問題了，還不換？？？ 不只吹風機的問題 要先把浴缸熱水打開三分鐘，淋浴間洗澡才會有熱水可以使用 房間地毯有污漬 等等 如果以同樣價格會有更好的選擇，不推薦來住這間飯店

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, einerseits zum grössten Nachtmarkt andererseits zur MRT. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und man muss auch tagsüber die Vorhänge geschlossen halten, denn von gegenüber kann man jederzeit herein schauen. Alles ist sauber aber etwas abgewohnt. I booked this hotel for its proximity to my parents' house in a last-minute family emergency trip. I didn't have high expectation before the trip, as the photos are not very photogenic. I was pleasantly surprised. The actual place looks way better than the photos. The room is extremely pristine and the 11-night stay was very comfortable. All the amenities in the room are of quality and sturdy, not easily broken cheapies. The bed is also properly firm, and the bathtub provides a lot of relief. In a way it feels like staying in a old world style hotel in the north side of Rome. It's away from the touristy area but with convenient location to public transportation, and you get to be close to the locals. The hotel is small, but the management is very responsive and friendly, and the room is fit for long stay. 房間非常乾淨，家具與裝潢材質都非常固實。鄰近劍潭捷運站，交通方便。令人回想起舊世界式的歐洲旅行，找一個小旅館，租一個長待的房間。

Me and my family just recently had a 4 day vacation in Taiwan and one of the highlights of our stay is spending it in Beauty Star Hotel in Shilin Area... aside from the amenities, the free breakfast was a perfect 10. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very accommodating plus the location of the hotel is a perfect walking distance to the Shilin night market, to the Jiantan MRT station and you could access a taxicab in no time...

Stayed here 2x. Location is good near the night market. Shops are close by. Family mart, 711 and subway just across the road. Rooms are big and comfortable. Clean. However I was there recently early December and it was very cold in the room. When I asked about heating, they said there wasn't any heating and to turn the aircon off. Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating from me

We stayed at Rm. 607, corner room, two king size beds good for the four of us, with shower, bath tub and hot and cold water. It has shampoo and body wash. They always provide us with fresh towels and bottled water when they clean our room, which they do daily. The room is equipped with wifi and 49in tv. Coffee and tea is also provided. Ms Emily, Ms Susu, the receptionists, as well as guy manning the door, are always very helpful, accomodating and reliable. Great job guys! Hotel is beside Family Mart and Subway and many restaurants like pasta, pizza, noodles, etc. Hotel is 10mins walk from Jiantan Station and Shilin Night Market... Breakfast... its the same everyday so if you want to save, no need to avail thid when you book. Price - Its around US$130 a night for 4pax, with breakfast. The hotel is very close to the Shilin night market and also about 7 minutes walk to the MRT stop. Rooms were spacious and clean, just like the bathrooms which came with a shower cabin and a bathtub. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods (taiwanese and international), so nothing went missing, from congee to scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, mini croissants and a lot more. ·The hotel serves breakfast until 10 am (which is pretty standard), but, when we went down a few minutes after 9, the scrambled eggs and omelette were already out. Upon asking the staff if they will at least make some more scrambled eggs, they told us that it cannot be done and they are wrapping up, although there was almost an entire hour left of the breakfast schedule and scrambled eggs is the easiest thing to make and very popular for breakfast. Now, we had enough options left to eat, but as we sat down, there were families coming down to eat with their children and it did not seem quite fair to them.

It was convenient to go out every days for sightseeing in Taipei. I am an old man, and daily walking is essential to maintaining my health. The walk to the MRT station is fun. It is a good distance for a walk in the morning.

We've been coming to this hotel since my son was 1 year old, for the past 7 years. The staff has always been very friendly, courteous, accomodating when we needed a crib and special needs for a baby. Also great breakfast. We mostly stay in the double luxury room with view. The price is great and the room is very spacious. The room with a fish pond is also lovely. The location is very convenient to the MRT station, yet is in a neighborhood so is very quiet. It may not be the most modern hotel but it is a friendly neighborhood hotel.

My friend and I both on wheelchair went to star beauty hotel, they don't have accessible room for wheelchair but the staff are friendly. They make sure we can access the room and toilet, one of the staff, Mr Liu went on the extra mile to get things done for us so me and my friend can access the room and toilet. It is a wonderful hotel. I be back again. :)

OK hotel with good location. Close to MTR station and Shilin night market. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Paid extra for the jacuzzi, very comfortable. Spacious room. Got a view from the 8th floor. Breakfast and cleaning staff is nice. Comfy bed and pillows. They have portable WiFi and umbrellas you can borrow. However, receptionists are not very helpful when you ask for tips about the area. Clean in certain areas, but some places are not regularly cleaned like the lamp shade and windowsill. Not very environmental friendly to give a new bar of soap and new slippers every day. Also not possible to get late checkout without paying extra. No conditioner, TV remote control barely working.

I found this hotel for my aunt and let me just say the location is absolutely PERFECT. The hotel is budget friendly, with an extremely kind staff. I 10/10 recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

We were booked into a luxury room. What a joke it was. The bright yellow couch was filthy. The fridge rusty. Think you have draws in your room for storage, not so. They are all false draws, handles are there, but its just pretend. The carpet was not vacumed once in our 4 day stay. Bed making, non exsistent. Pulled the bed up, never even straighted it out. The bathroom was the highlight, it was clean. If you enjoy cold breakfast then this is for you. Every thing, eggs, bacon, asian dishes COLD. After two days we could not bring ourselves to go back to the breakfast room. Do not stay here its in desperate need of a complete overhaul. What you see on the pictures is not a true representation of the accomodation.

Just checked out from this Star Beauty Hotel this morning, it’s the worst experience throughout our 5D4N taiwan trip. My family stayed in 6th floor and the WiFi connection of this hotel is absolutely TERRIBLE !!! Despite we’ve already feedback to the hotel staff, we can’t get any WiFi signal / connection in our room nearly all the time, and when we barely got the WiFi connected the quality / stability was horrible!!! After a day out and we can’t get connected with people in home country and browse net when we are back to hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!

This hotel definitely needs remodeling in the near future. We stayed there 6 years ago and comparing that trip to this one, you can definitely see that the hotel is in need of some upgrades. I was looking forward to chilling in the Jacuzzi, but it was kinda dinged up, I thought it would be best to pass on a soak. The room was a nice size and comfortable. It included a roll away bed for a third person. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. Every morning the menu changed, and the variety of Chinese and Western style foods tasted great. Less than a ten minute walk away is Shilin Market, and an MRT station is even closer. We took a taxi ride to the Nation Palace Museum from the hotel and it only cost 200TWD.

Our family (parents + 2 teens) spent 2 weeks touring Taiwan and stayed in 7 different hotels in 6 different cities. The Starbeauty Resort in Taipei showed off both the highs and lows of our hotel choices. Highs - breakfast buffet: In terms of execution (taste, authenticity, and preparation) this was the best mix of Taiwanese-style food plus some Chinese and Western thrown in. Other buffets had larger variety, quantity or even frequency, but this one we enjoyed the most. - location: Good location for getting to the big Shilin Night Market and transportation. Lows - service: Much less friendly and helpful than we experienced all over Taiwan, but at least as good as you find in North America, though. - design: Room was a good size (for Taiwan) though furnishings and finishing was getting old. Lobby is crowded and difficult to navigate if busy.

Our family of 4 checked in here for our 2017 year-end holidays. It is a small hotel but the service is quite good. The rooms are well cleaned, not smelly and breakfast buffet is great. The service staff although not all conversant in English were always smiling and would try to accomodate our request. The place is very near Shillin Market is a plus for us.

The place is a little old-fashioned but it's clean, comfortable, and in a good location (very near to Jiantan MRT, walking distance to Shilin night market, nearby convenience stores, even a tiny park across the street). The staff are polite and helpful. There's a good selection of Western and Chinese dishes for the breakfast buffet.

For the three nights I stayed there waiting for my family's arrival, I always leave the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on the doorknob every time I left the hotel. On the third day when I return I notice that my room has been cleaned, then I immediately check all my belongings because I don't trust these housekeepers at mediocre hotels, I went through all my personal items n discover only some small, unnoticeable items r missing, they are my Chanel skincare products, all three that I brought are gone. I didn't want to say anything because it was on the last day of my stay and it wasn't a big issue, but still, it show what types of employee this hotel are hiring.

Location is good. Booked best room but when curtains were opened all the window sills thick dust. Sheets worn through. Cleaner didn't even turn up next day to clean the room. Breakfast awful unless you are not Westernized. Cheese and fruit were sparsely placed on the plate literally counted out. Also generally all staff had no level of English language so we asked a normal question where the nearest station etc was and other staff were called. Breakfast staff understood absolutely nothing

Was looking for a hotel near Shilin night market and found this hotel. Seems like this hotel has been here for a while and is quite reputable. The walk from MRT station was not far. The hotel also provides parking for guests who drive. The service was speedy and friendly. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and gave me the key to my room in no time, he also recommended me of a few points of interests nearby that I should check out. The room was clean and spacious and has a cozy old fashioned feel to it, the furnishing was all done in wood. The floor of my room was carpet, but it was clean and didn't smell. The bathroom was pretty big, there is a shower and even a bathtub. I was pleased by this hotel and will recommend this hotel to friends who are sightseeing in this area.

An old hotel situated near Shilin market. Accessibility is great, the hotel is 5 mins away from the train station. Breakfast is superb. I love the braised pork you put on top of steamed rice. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mobilie wifi that you can ask from the hotel lobby. You just have to make a refundable deposit.

been in this hotel for 3 nights. exterior building looks old but surprisingly the interior and the room is spacious and clean. pros : 1. located near jiantan MRT and near to Shi Lin night market (10 mins walking distance) 2. complimentary mini bar (3 mini cans coke/sprite, snacks) and 2 water bottle daily 3. opposite hotel there's a 24 H convenient store and subway (American franchise meal) 4. variety of local and western food surrounding 5. breakfast variety and quality is standard 6. spacious room with good view of mountain and bathtub cons : 1. main lobby is little bit too small 2. access lift to guest room only 1 and quite small 3. no international tv channel. except CNN news 4. partition in between room is a minus. you can hear your neighbors voice if they talking loudly 5. no connecting door rooms

I chose this hotel because it was close to Shilin night market and it was a reasonable price for the busy Saturday night. The room was well appointed well decorated clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the basement but we missed it The only downfalls were the small lobby and a bit of noise from other guests

I've been there twice in 2012 and 2015 with my daughter and sister, and we enjoyed both our stays there. In 2015, there was even a welcome voucher for each guest to redeem a free ice cream at a convenient store located just across the hotel. On both stays, the rooms were spacious and more importantly, clean. The bathrooms were also big, clean and airy. On our first trip, there was a jacuzzi in the bath room. On our 2nd trip, there was an in built sauna in our shower room. Both provided great relaxation experience for us! One of the things that I always look forward to during my stay there is breakfast!! Good spread of Asian cooked food, toast, salads and last but not least, my favourite item - porridge! I love the variety of condiments that they provide for the plain porridge. The self help station for the different types of beverages was good. The staff at the reception and breakfast room are also friendly and helpful. Another plus point is that it is pretty near to the Shilin night market so there is no need to worry about commuting after an evening of eating and shopping at Shilin. It is also near to the MTR station and very convenient for travelling to the various places of interest. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience for me and my family and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I booked 3 rooms and stayed 1 night Apr-2016 for business. I choose only for location near MTR (MRT?) station. location seems good enough for moving in Taipei. But for all the others, I would never recommend this hotel to my friends. Room is quite old.. not same as photo. Some rooms have red carpet with yellow lights + closed window.. If you have young children with or need open widow, please choose other hotel. (There is window but in my room, I couldn't open it because the next building stick together.) Breakfast has various food but almost local food. The only 1 thing good in the room is wifi. It works fast and stable.

Been here twice and stayed for 1 night each time. Good soft bed and large rooms. A bathtub too in case if you ever want to take a bath. Walking distance to shilin night market. A little expensive though.

The main reason I don't like this hotel is because their soundproof is very poor. I came back to my room one day around noon. Right after I existed the elevator, I could hear loud and clear what people were doing in their bedroom. It was almost comical how little privacy this hotel wall provides. My room was outdated. The staffs were good and friendly. The breakfast was excellent if you like traditional Chinese food and if you enjoy having banquet style Chinese dinner for breakfast which I didn't mind.

We stayed in this hotel for a night, arrived late but the staffs were ready to receive us. This is a local hotel, rooms were big and cosy enough. They do have very big toilet with jacuzzi. Breakfast was good with enough selection (for Chinese food). Hotel is about 10 mins walk to Shilin market.

I have stayed in this hotel for five days. Hotel's location is near with Jiantan MRT Station and Shilin Night Market. Family Mart, 7 Eleven, Subway and food stalls all around the hotel. Wellcome supermarket just 7 minutes from the hotel. For me location is perfect. At Jiantan Road you also can find Mc Donalds, Bakery Store, Watson etc. The room is outdated but clean enough. The problem is the bath room and the housekeeping. The bath room not have proper water drainage so after you finished take a bath the water covering the bathroom floor. Second problem is the housekeeping. I came back to my room around 4.00 pm and they still not clean the room. You must told them to clean your room. I booked Triple Bussines Room. They give me one kingsize bed with one extra bed with the frame already damaged. I can not do anything since the hotel was full. The breakfast is ok ( Chinese style ). The receptionist is wellcome. You must bring your luggage by your self to your room since there is no porter. Overall this hotel is enough if the location is your priority. All you need adjacent with the hotel.

This is one of the nearest hotel within Taipei City if you are catching morn flights out of Taipei. Our flight was within the morn rush hour but did not encounter traffic jam within the 40 mins ride to airport as hotel is very near to expressway leading to airport. The jacuzzi bathtub is also the highlight in the quad room my family took. The teens love it! Breakfast was a generous spread of Western (onion rings chocolate cake and cereals)and Chinese food ( usual Taiwanese spread of lu rou fan, Taiwan porridge etc). Within 10 mins walking distance was the Wellcome supermarket which you can buy food souvenirs home. There is an affordable stall 阖家小吃which offers yummy Taiwanese home cooked food (students often have supper there after tuition). Hotel staff gave each of us a waffle coupon redeemable at the Family Mart located opposite but the coupon is redeemable only after 9am. Room was big carpeted and with nice bedside chandeliers. There is a coin laundromat within hotel NT50 per wash and NT50 per dryer. Would recommend for those traveling to Tamsui, great fans of Shilin night market and had to catch morn plane the next day. The hotel booked morn taxi at NT1100 but I'd rather flag a cab to airport the next time as there are plenty of taxis in the morning

Generally no issue with the hotel's location and staff was generally helpful. However, was disappointed with the following areas: 1) Reached the hotel at about 1pm and was told that we could only check-in at 3pm (which we are fine with that). When we returned around 6pm to check-in, it seemed that our room was not ready as we still had to wait for another 10 minutes for our room key to be given to us. 2) My booking was for a "Business Suite" and if you have any expectations of what a business suite should look like, be prepared to lower your expectations - it is definitely not a suite not does it convey a "business" feel. 3) Wifi was terrible (my room was at the 2nd level and at one corner). Tried to retrieve and reply some emails on my laptop after 11pm but signal was intermittent and dropped constantly. Definitely cannot get any work or "business" done. 4) Breakfast was at B1 and I was not able to get any signal for my mobile line.

The hotel is actually a boutique hotel rather than a resort. It is within walking distance to subway and Shilin night market. The hotel has a tiny lobby. Rooms are clean, not many varieties for breakfast.

The hotel is not actually a 'resort' hotel. It's a simple 3-star hotel located on a side street. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable bed. The bathroom is huge. The hotel provides a great variety of food for breakfast. Wifi is excellent and super fast.

We were received by friendly staffs at the front desk upon check-in and through out our 6 nights stay (18-24 June 2015). The rooms were well maintained and clean. There are different room types to choose from. I have booked 2 Business Triple Rooms for my family of 6. I noticed each level has a housekeeping staff managing the housekeeping tasks. The bathroom has jacuzzi tub and shower area. Bathroom necessities are provided too. Minibar has limited items but are free for guest consumptions. The daily breakfast covers a range from breads, cereals, dim sum buns, some continental breakfast to some Asian dishes and Chinese congee, etc. There is DIY coin-operated laundry facility of a washer and dryer. Do allocate your time if you wish to do your laundry. The hotel is located approximately 10mins walk to Shilin Night Market and MRT station (both in close proximity). Along the street, there are eateries of Subway, pizza, Italian pasta, local flavors (Hakka cuisine, dumplings, local 小菜) and Vietnamese food etc.. There are also convenient stores like Family Mart, 7-11, pharmacies within walking range. Overall, It was a pleasant and comfortable stay for my family in this boutique hotel with friendly services.

Good location, great variety at breakfast. Front desk was excellent but the rest of the staff could do with some improvement and warmth. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Shilin night market. Rooms are spacious and cosy. Free coffee and tea throughout the day at the lobby and free WIFI made the stay enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and elegantly decorated room at affordable price. Staffs are polite and approachable. The location of the hotel is approximately 10 min walking distance away from the Shilin Night market.

I am slightly torn in writing this review because there is fundamentally nothing wrong with this hotel. Although I found it a bit overpriced, the rooms were pretty good (clean, decent size) and the breakfast was actually very good (large selection of both local and western choices). For those who care about WiFi, it was very reliable and fast during my stay. The draw is undoubtedly its location, about 10-15 minutes from the Jiantan MRT station and 15-20 minutes from the Shihlin Night Market. However, at the end of my stay I found that the hotel was still too far out of the way. Unless you intend to go to the night market every day, it is just as convenient to go via the MRT from somewhere else. The hotel is situated in a more quiet residential area without much to do, and knowing the local language is fairly critical in the immediate area. Ultimately although this hotel has no critical flaws, I think I can spend less and get one closer to the MRT station.

We spent 3 nights (Mar 31-Apr 2) in a 3 person room. It's not a 5 star hotel but the services are way much better. Internet direct booking for the room and airport pick-up was a breeze. The room is big enough with big bathroom and comes with free mini bar drinks and snack. Buffet breakfast is superb. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location is a quiet neighborhood. The banks for changing money are walking distance on your way to Shilin night market. The easiest way to get NTD is to withdrawal with your atm at Citibank. It was a hassle free vacation.

If you're looking for a great place in Taipei you've just found it. The hotel is very conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from the famous nightmarket and you will definitely appreciatie that. Spacious room and excellent bedlinnen (changed every day). Good service at the desk and yes ... They all speak english, no worries. The price is really good considering the above and the breakfastbuffet (Western/Eastern) will not disappoint you. The nearby underground will take you everywhere so, apart from the airport transfer, no taxi's needed here. Taxitransfer is approx. 1.100 Taiwanese dollars and takes about 30 minutes All together ; a big recommendation for Starbeauty Resort

Buena opción precio calidad. Situado centricamente, cerca de una boca de metro. Servicio atento con refrescos y doritos gratis. Habitaciones amplias. Como aspectos negativos destacar que la puerta del baño tiene un cristal traslúcido por el que entra muchísima luz por la mañana y la bañera es muy alta. Llega por encima de la rodilla por lo que es difícil entrar y salir.

😀 - 士林夜市に行く為に予約しました。夜市までは歩いて行ける距離なので便利です。 😞 - 安いプランにした為地下の部屋に泊まりましたが、ホテルのWi-Fi電波が来ない、ポケットWi-Fiの電波が弱い為ネットが繋がりにくい事がありました。

チェックインもスムーズ、部屋も綺麗でした。 ミネラルウオーターも毎日掃除のタイミングで２本補充されていました。 ３泊しましたが他の部屋の音も気になることなく過ごせました。 士林夜市を存分に楽しもうということでこのホテルに宿泊し、 夜市には毎日歩いて数分なので話しながら歩いていたらすぐ着きます。 ホテルの前には大きな公園もあり、朝散歩をしました。太極拳やラジオ体操、ダンス。朝から活気がすごかったです。 ■良い点 ・夜市まで約500m。 ・目の前にファミリーマート。徒歩２〜３分圏内に複数コンビニあり。 ・スーパー（近隣に２件）も徒歩５分圏内。 ・（地下に朝食会場があり）朝食が無料でついてくる。 ・（最上階に）ランドリー、ジムがある。 ・１F奥のスペースにコーヒーやお茶のドリンクバーやチェックイン前後に休憩できるようなソファースペースあり。 ■悪い点 ・部屋の隅に落ちていた葉っぱが最終日まで残っていた。 ・窓の外の植木鉢をおくようなスペースにタバコの吸い殻が捨てられていた。 ・ホテルの規模として仕方ないのでしょうが、エレベーターが１機なので朝は結構待つことがありました。

士林夜市に近く便利でした。お部屋もラグジュアリールームだったので広くよかったですが、下記点からもう泊まることはないです。今まで泊まったホテルの中でこのように思ったのは初めてです。 1.宿泊予定一週間前にメールで、「改装が間に合わないので他のホテルに移動するかキャンセルして」と連絡が来ました。提示されたホテルは場所もランクも全くちがうものでした。散々交渉したのち、「いいお知らせです！改装間に合ったので宿泊できます」と再度連絡が来ました。他ホテルを探した手間ややり取りの手間を返してほしいです。 2.宿泊した初日の朝7時20分から大音量で音楽が廊下から流れ、10分たっても止まらなくフロントに言いにいったら「i know i know」と言われました。音楽は止まりましたがi knowならなぜ流してるの？？ 3.そもそもフロントまで言いに行ったのは、フロントへの内線の案内がどこにも書いてなかったからです。 電話機にも記載がなく、通常部屋にあるホテル案内もおいてありません。 4.壁が薄く、隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえです。 5.チェックアウト時間30分前に電話がかかってきて早く出るように言われました。1.のお詫びにレイトチェックアウトもOKと言われたのに、時間前にせかされるとはどうゆうこと？？ 非常に残念でした。

夫婦でビジネスルームで3泊しました。 一通り必要なものは常備されています。 特に困ったことはないのですが壁が薄すぎて隣の部屋の声やテレビの音が丸聞こえです。 目の前の交差点の反対側にファミリーマートもあり非常に便利です。 地下一階に食堂があるのでそこで朝食はいただきます。

士林夜市まで徒歩圏内であるということと追加料金なしで朝食が付きのプランになり嬉しかったです。朝ごはんはバイキング形式で洋風中華風選べますが、蒸し器に入っていたウサギの饅頭が可愛かったです。また利用したいです。

台北に１５時頃付きそのまま９分へ、ホテルに着いたのは２０時位でした。 ３階の部屋で眺望は真ん前に汚いビルがあり最悪、レースカーテンも付いておらずカーテンを開ける事も出来ませんでした。お風呂は広く大きな窓がついているのですが前に建物あるので開けられませんでしたが今回は寝るだけだったので夜市にも近いしバスタブもあり朝食もおいしかったので、価格的に満足です。

台北最大の夜市まで徒歩圏内ですし、価格的にも安いので何度かリピートしています。 日本語のできるスタッフもいますので安心です。

ガイドブックによると故宮博物院へは士林駅から路線バスに乗るとあります。 ツアー客が団体で押し寄せる前の早朝に故宮博物院に行く為には士林站近くのホテルに宿泊するのが良いと思い、また士林夜市からほど近いという事もあってここに泊まりました。最寄駅ホームからホテルの看板がよく見えて迷う事もなく目の前にコンビニもあり非常に便利でした。 ただ部屋の防音が良くないようで、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえてきて不快だったのが残念でした。

士林夜市も近く、息子の住んでいる天母にも近いので、このホテルに決めました。 2階D室でしたが、部屋の中に池があり、鯉が泳いでいて、びっくり、2階なので、眺望が悪くがっかりしましたが、孫が部屋の池を楽しんでいました。 1階にいつでも飲めるコーヒーコナーもありなかなか良かったです。 朝食も台湾の家庭料理で、牛肉飯や蒸しパン等があり、何度か台北に来ているので、たいへん美味しくいただきました。 お掃除のおばちゃんや食堂の方も親切でよかったです。 近くの公園に市民プールがあり、11月に訪問しましたが朝6時頃から泳いでいました。 公園も大きく、朝、太極拳をやっていました。

駅から迷わず行けるか心配だったんですが、駅に着いた瞬間ホテルの看板が目に入り迷わずホテルに行けました。 部屋のバスルームが広くて、アメニティもしっかり揃っていて満足です。 朝のバイキングも美味しかった！デザートに数種類のミニロールケーキがあって朝からハッピーな気分になれました。またパイナップルが柔らかくて甘くてすごーく美味しかったです。バイキングのパイナップルは固くて酸っぱいイメージなので、感動してしまいました。

今回、チェックインの際トラブルがありました。 大人2名子ども1名でしたが、予約をした会社で今回は特別に大人二名料金で大丈夫だといわれていましたが、子供料金がかかるとのことでした。 ちょっともめて、○○ディアに国際電話で話をしたのに、その会社そんな履歴が残っていないと…見かねてホテルの方から、今回は無料で・・・と、言っていただきましたが、その会社にはちょっと腹が立ちました。 ホテルの目の前にはコンビニとサブウェイがあり、何度か利用しました。 朝食は、他のホテルより全然美味しかったです。 部屋はとてもきれいでしたが、子どもがダニにやられ身体中未だ大変なことになっています。 私たちの部屋は、靴を脱いで上がるタイプだったので、子ども連れにはとてもよかったです。 駅は少し離れているけど、夜市には歩いて行けるので便利でした。 空港までは約200台湾ドルでした。 正直もう少し台北よりの方がいいかなって思いました。

二度目の台北で家族4人で安く済ませたいながら、あまりにもってのはどうかと悩みながら決めました。 ロビーも狭く、安っぽさはありますが、まあまあ許せる範囲の内容です。水やちょっとしたお菓子が無料でした。

士林夜市には歩いて10分～15分ぐらい 近くにコンビニ 目の前には公園があり比較的に 雰囲気がいい！！受付も愛想がよく。（台湾は比較的に受けの人が愛想がいい） 朝もバイキングがありなかなかいい！！ ただスタービューティーの名前のホテルが何件かあるため始めてタクシーの運転手は悩んでいました。。。。 必ずホテルの名刺かキーを見せましょう

士林市場へは歩いて15分くらいです。受付のスタッフの方は若い人ばかりですが、みな親切で、たどたどしいですが日本語の話せるスタッフも居ました。駅からは少し歩きますがすぐ近くにコンビニもあり、夜歩いていても治安は悪くありませんでした。 ベッドルームは普通ですが、バスルームは十分すぎるほど広かったです。広いというか、無駄なスペースが多い感じ。バスタブとトイレの間の床タイルが一部割れたままだったりして、裸足で歩くには危ない箇所がありました。また、朝食はどこにでもあるようなメニューだったので、ここでの朝食はナシにして、散歩がてら外で食べてきたほうが安いし楽しめます。 ちなみに、近くの飲食店の店員さんもみんなフレンドリーで、台湾がますます好きなりました。

😀 - 위치는 좋답니다. 스린야시장이 걸어서 5분 걸립니다. 그런대로 깨끗했습니다. 😞 - 우리는 호텔에 오후5시 30분쯤 도착했어요. 4인이 묵을수 있는방 3개와 2인이 묵는 1개를 예약 했는데 2인방이 준비가 안되어 있다고 1시간을 기다리라고 해서 항의 했더니 큰 방으로 업그레이드 해 주었습니다. 주차가 안 된다고 밖에다 알아서 주차 하라해서 황당했습니다.

가격이 저렴하다는 점을 고려하면 가격대비 만족스러워요. 지하철도 가깝고 스린 야시장과도 가깝습니다. 방을 두개 잡아서 여행했는데 같은 층안에서도 방크기가 차이가 납니다. 디럭스룸이 다른 방에 비해 큰것 같아요.

스린야시장에서 걷기에는 멀진 않지만 거리는 좀 있는 편이에요. 화장실은 넓지만 리뷰에서 말했던 좋은 화장실은 아니었어요~ 방은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 깨끗했어요!

대만에 위치한 호텔 치고 비교적 방의 규모가 크며, 조식이 깔끔한 편입니다. 시내와 떨어져 있는 편이긴 하지만 시내 호텔가격보다 저렴한 편이며 주변에 스린 야시장이 위치하여 대만인의 실제 살아가는 모습을 간접적으로 체험할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 편의점이 위치하고 있으며, 지하철에서 호텔 가는길에 큰 과일 과게가 있어, 좋았습니다.

대단히 좋은 호텔은 아니지만 스린 야시장도 가기편코 베이터우와 고궁 박물관이 택시로 이동거리 20분내로 잇고 시내 접근성도 좋앗습니다.

การเดินทางมาโรงแรมสะดวก มารถไฟฟ้าลงสถานีฯ เจียงถาง แล้วเดินไปทางฝั่งร้านขายผลไม้ใหญ่ เดินเข้าซอยไปไม่ไกล หน้าโรงแรมมีแฟมิลี่มาร์ทด้วย พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดี มีห้องนั่งพักรอ มีเครื่องดื่มและหนังสือไว้บริการ (ตนเอง) ห้องพักที่จองมาเป็นแบบบิสซิเนส ทริปเปิล พักได้ 3 คน ไม่คับแคบมากนัก เตียงใหญ่ใช้ได้ทีเดียว ห้องน้ำกว้างขวาง มีอาหารเช้าให้ รสชาดดีใช้ได้ (หากคุณเป็นคนไม่เรื่องมากจนเกินไปเรื่องรสชาดของอาหารรับรองทานได้อร่อยแน่นอน) มีของทานหลากหลายให้เลือก ทั้งคาว หวาน เด็กเล็กก็มีพวกซุป ขนมปัง ไข่ออมเลต นมเปรี้ยว ให้ทานได้ ส่วนตัวคิดว่าคุ้มค่าที่ได้มาพัก และถ้ามีโอกาสมาไต้หวัน จะมาพักที่นี้อีกครับ

😀 - 性價比不錯，房間寬敞舒適。 😞 - 整修設備為由，延遲入住一個多小時，雖然最後也爭取到延退，但過程中櫃枱只會說「快好了」，沒有相對應安撫措施，一杯水都沒給，枯坐門口圈椅90分鐘，實在太乏味。 重點是，入住後，空調依然很吵呀。

😀 - 房間設計優雅，衣櫥打開自動有燈，快煮壺沒有線，底座已固定，只要放上去按下開關即可加熱，浴室大，浴缸泡起來很舒服，電視可以看YouTube，適合我家孩子使用，飯店附近生活機能良好，吃的、用的、藥品都不缺，對面的公園有適合國小孩子的遊樂器材，真的很棒！ 😞 - 吹風機比較陽春（但無傷大雅）

😀 - 反應冷氣不涼問題，處理人員很迅速來了解並說明，且提供換房方案。 😞 - 入住時被告知同住兒童雖未收費，但如需備品(包含枕頭、毛巾)須另加價，經詢問飯店人員，為何訂房網站會顯示同住兒童可以免費入住，飯店人員回應，她不管訂房網站寫了什麼，反正就是6歲以上兒童須加價才能提供備品，讓我覺得飯店的做法跟訂房網站的資訊有所不同。

😀 - 1.星美的地點非常好，鄰近夜市，周邊機能也很棒，有便利店和藥局，還有公園適合早上走走。 2.飯店略有年代，但員工服務很溫暖。 3.房間就三人來說略小，但很乾淨、熱水、吹風機也不錯。 4.備品豐富，還有免費的氣泡飲很驚喜。 😞 - 隔音不好，晚上會聽到隔壁的聲音。加上床偏硬，睡的不好。但是如果帶耳塞應該就能解決。

😀 - 雖然飯店是陳舊了點，但裡面的設備都維持的很不錯，整體還算乾淨。性價比也算高，價格合理還有浴缸可以使用。廁所應該是有翻新整理過，非常乾淨整潔。飯店的地理位置也很好，離捷運站.夜市都非常近。很推薦

此旅馆原始设计应该是钟点房，提供情侣相聚好地方……有按摩浴缸，后来转变成一般旅馆，隔音差，隔壁啪啪啪，可听到呻吟声，小孩问起，挺尴尬

雖是小型飯店，但房間重新裝修過，相當舒適，最重要的是地點太好了，離劍潭捷運站3號出口，走路3分鐘，到士林夜市，走路5分鐘，飯店旁邊就是一個小公園，鬧中取靜，不追求大飯店氣派的，是個很好的選擇！

地點靜中帶旺，附近有公園，7-11, family mart, subway，Watsons, 超市及食店，距離士林夜市約十分鐘路程，交通便利，有紅缐捷運及巴士站，到台北車站乘搭機場捷運或到其他旅遊景點也很方便。商務房間很好，對面為前港公園，夜間不太嘈吵，床鋪舒適，免費mini bar, 浴室挺大，設有浴缸及淋浴，員工有禮，早餐也很好，有中西式供應。唯只有一部升降機，人多時需耐心等候。下次到台會首先考慮入住。

很棒的旅程，飯店給人有家的感覺，接待人員很親切，也會主動介紹飯店的方案，還有介紹週邊的美食與景點，有機會會再到訪。

房間舒適又乾淨，價錢不會太貴，飯店提供的早餐超豐盛，離士林夜市跟捷運站都不遠，CP值很高的飯店，超級推薦

從捷運站走過去有一小段距離，位於住宅區裡面，前面有個小公園，遠遠可以看到山。客房整潔有待加強，早餐還算豐富。

飯店位置離士林夜市很近，常吸引很多觀光客入住，鄰近前港公園，客房很乾淨，空間也算夠用，夏天也有送游泳券可到公園游泳池游泳，值得推薦。

這次入住的三人房，雖然房內空間不大，浴室卻很寬敞，也有按摩浴缸。房內的零食汽水全都不必另外付費可以直接享用也很貼心。停車是由旅館人員代客泊車，不必擔心車位太小，不過要開車進出就較為麻煩了。早餐冷熱食豐盛，比普通旅館選擇更多樣。最棒的是靠近士林夜市及捷運站，走路即可輕鬆抵達。

我們訂的是三人房不是二人加床的房型(沙發床),床的部份需要在改進,浴室備品的杯子並不是用紙杯代替...這感覺不是很好~飯店房間乾浄整潔,冰箱有迎賓飲料很貼心,早餐很美味,菜色多選擇性多

雖然酒店有點舊但乾淨企理，地點鄰近劍潭站及士林夜市，外出及找食都非常方便，酒店職員和靄有禮，服務態度佳，值得表揚。

距離捷運站要走十分左右，距離還好。飯店附近有全聯、7-11、全家，也有一些小吃店，雖然不熱鬧，但還可以。 我們住的雙人房和三人房，都有桌子可以擺筆電。 wifi速度不錯，衛浴也乾淨，水流也大，室內空間還ok，不會狹窄。只是電視只提供第四台，若有提供隨選電影VOD設備就更好了。 櫃台服務不錯，雖然沒有飲水機，但房內提供的瓶裝水用完了，他們可以再提供。 早餐是一大特色，豐富又有變化，我們住了3天，2天早餐熱炒都不同，口感不錯。唯一讓孩子遺憾的，是沒有熱豆漿，但牛奶和水果每天都有供給，比起別家，菜宥算是豐富且美味。

住這飯店的好處是離士林夜市很近,走一小段路就到，飯店應該有段時間了設備有很復古,但保持的非常乾淨，早餐豐富多樣，算是很不錯的飯店.

南部朋友來訪，要逛士林夜市，找到在士林夜市旁邊的這間飯店，走路不到10分鐘，很方便。而且距離劍潭捷運站的步行距離一樣僅需10分鐘!!光就捷運與夜市的地理位置而言，非常推薦!!房間很大很寬敞，浴室是乾濕分離的，還有雙人按摩浴缸!!早餐在地下一樓，是自助式的，有很多品項可以選擇，對於挑食的我非常適合!!

旅館位於熱鬧士林夜市商圈，樓下就有便利商店、藥房與公園，生活機能優！房間很寬敞浴室也很大還有按摩浴缸，迷你吧台提供免費零食與飲料很加分！

飯店離士林夜市近，附近有公園，小吃，餐廳，且都不錯吃，房間一進去就震驚到，體感完全和照片是二回事，躺在床上身體還會感覺到騷癢，房間格局也很怪異，應該不會再入住了。

從捷運走過去一小段距看到外觀有點傻眼，就⋯舊飯店⋯但一進到裡面，並沒有因為飯店老，服務就馬虎，基本水準還是有的，櫃檯旁還有服務天使選拔。 房間是舊裝潢但空間還算大，兩人住綽綽有餘，浴室乾濕分離還有個浴缸，晚上可以泡個熱水澡放鬆一下，網路上說自助早餐不錯，可惜早早就出門了，沒來的及享用，下次還有機會一定要試一下。

泊車服務很親切，有種回到家的感覺 ，早餐也很豐富多元，離夜市、故宮、官邸、兒童新樂園和游泳池都很近。發現捷運劍潭站多了一個3號出口，出去直走就到飯店了，蠻方便的。

價格不貴 人員服務態度不差 離士林夜市跟劍潭捷運站很近 不行幾分鐘就到了 附近也有一些吃得 有一家古早味滷肉飯很好吃 然後也有 麥當勞喔

1.房間舒適，房內有汽水與水果可享用 2.開車前往者，需交由飯店人員代為泊車 3.距離士林夜市不遠，步行約8到10分可達 4.或許距離士林近，房價並不算便宜

離捷運站不算遠 走得到，雖然沒有專屬停車場，但代客停車服務還蠻貼心的。有自助早餐，菜色還算多樣。附近也有便利商店和全聯。

2/9晚上我和我的家人入住星美飯店，當時是訂了一個三人房和一個雙人房，所以飯店給了我5張早餐券。但是當時有一位家人因為臨時有事而不克前往，因此當晚入住飯店的人數是4位。 隔日早上用餐時恰巧一位中國客少了一張餐卷，我想將我多餘的那張送給他使用，卻遭一位飯店主管制止，表示他們是認入住人數而非餐卷。 我深感納悶，因為我是訂5個人的房位，付錢也是5個人的價格，為何該多餘的餐券無法讓他人使用?

在用餐時看見老鼠在逛大街真懷疑吃下肚的東西有沒有問題 平日房價和假日房價差一倍是在削凱子嗎 房內的窗簾都是壞的衣櫃也是破的

訂了豪華景觀套房(Luxury View Suite)，不過因為當日遇到原房續住客，兩間都有人了，被升級到隱藏的豪華星光套房(Star Suite)，櫃臺告知如果下次想住原本訂的那間可以在訂房時備註。此房僅有一間，電視櫃旁的飯店簡介裡有敘述，網站上看不到。需要搭電梯到 10 樓後再從樓梯往上走一層，行李重的要注意。內部是樓中樓格局，上下各一大床，裝潢偏向中式。樓下的床偏硬，上背位置可以感覺到床墊有點高低不平，因為主要睡覺的床是在樓上，所以沒有大礙。由於旁邊有景觀陽台，雖位於高樓層也難免有一兩隻小蟲在飛。浴室的燈偶爾會突然熄滅需要重新打開，不過並不嚴重，三天兩夜裡只遇到兩次。和別人的住宿經驗不同處是冷氣的溫度可以調整，不過開到 22 度以下睡起來還是有點熱，被子蓋不太住。電視有兩台，只有樓上的有 VOD，不過 VOD 都是成人影片。浴室的水溫冷熱控制不易，不是太熱就是太冷，熱水的控制上有點困難。此房與豪華景觀套房的不同之處除了樓中樓格局外，浴室為狹長格局，淋浴間相連著單人使用的大理石浴缸，淋浴處設有蒸氣浴裝置。窗戶一樣很多，窗簾拉開的話要看外景沒什麼問題。早餐是自助式的，菜色如官方照片一樣，也有人說過菜色變化少，所以判斷菜色應該是較為固定的，但是以早餐來說相當豐盛，久久吃一兩次會很滿意，平常日用餐的人也不多，其他訪客說擁擠大概是假日旅客多的時候。旁邊的公園有收費的室外泳池，鄰近 7-11 和全家，離士林夜市和捷運站也不算遠，生活機能中上。整體來說不錯，性價比高。

酒店在士林夜市附近, 所以地點還算方便. 大堂有點小, 而且感覺較舊式. 清潔程度尚可, 早餐一般. 總體沒有很深刻的印象, 應該不會再次入住.

前一陣子住宿過一晚, 隔天早上過後房間外面是早餐還是餐廳之類的, 一直被碗盤刀叉之類得聲響吵到睡不著覺, 真心建議如果被安排到地下室的話建議更換其他房間

訂了三人房,果回飯店晚了,約12點要睡時,發現單人床頸部那有凹陷,因小孩累了 ,於是只好3人擠一張雙人床,隔日退房告知櫃台人員可否給優惠,竟說要當天反應, 堅持不給優惠,整晚根本沒睡好. 浴缸不乾淨,根本不敢使用. 飯店原本就應先控管品質問題,畢竟玩了一天就是能好好休息,誰知他們態度這麼差, 根本是坑人.

房間很濃臭煙味跟櫃台反應還被打槍說「我們是禁菸飯店喔！」真的很傻眼，好像我誣賴似的。會不會、有沒有菸味你們ㄧ定心理有數，還要拿這種官腔藉口打發客人，實在無言。

近劍潭捷運站地點方便, 有代客泊車免費停車場, 三人房幫我們升等為兩大床,早餐選擇算多,裝潢較老式,吃完早餐搭電梯回房間,有跳電一下而電梯就停在三樓門沒開,按呼叫鈴沒人回應,小孩很害怕,幸好約兩分鐘門就自己開了。然後打開被子發現床上居然有擦鞋布!!很傻眼.....

Cp值低，與照片不符，電梯只有一台而且空間小，房間明明是非吸煙房，但煙味很濃，一進門那個味道超臭，然後別的房間關門時自已的房門會被震動超可怕！！！而且門鎖設計很不安全，以為早餐應該不錯，雖然款式是多，但都冷掉，沒有好好做保溫工作。 只有服務員態度是很好，其他都不太值這個價錢，要入住的請三思。

外觀雖然普通,但房間還不錯,是訂商務套房,帶小行李空間還可以,大行李會有點擠,浴室很棒,讓我驚喜,空間大,乾濕分離,有按摩浴缸,只是盥洗用品非常簡單,早餐雖然普通,但是是可以接受的範圍,飯店還提供免費的咖啡,讓喜愛喝咖啡的我,可以在房間休息時享用,至於隔音設備,因為我怕吵,所以會戴耳塞睡覺,所以沒影響,因為我發現飯店的房間隔音設備都不好,交通離捷運站走個幾分鐘就到飯店,一出捷運就是士林夜市,所以不管交通或飯店品質我覺得都不錯,雖然不是頂好,但也絕對不會下等,屬於中上,下次有機會會再選擇入住,小缺點是空調設備好像是不能調的,因為感覺會冷,空調調很久溫度都沒反應,所以是關空調睡得覺,畢竟飯店的棉被不會很厚

距離台北劍潭捷運站走路約8分鐘，來回交通都方便 離士林夜市走路約10分鐘，劍潭捷運站附近可搭公車 離台灣科學教育館，天文科學館，兒童新樂園等景點不遠 附近有屈臣氏康是美subway，便利商店也多 沿路還有幾攤不錯的小吃店。 裝潢感覺得出飯店有點年代，但維持得很好，不會因年代而有疏漏 房間整齊乾淨，冰箱有免費飲料，茶水櫃上也有提供免費小餅乾 入住時有送兩張迎賓甜點券，可到斜對面的全家便利商店換冰淇淋 早餐在B1，餐點非常多樣而且好吃，這點大加分！但坐位有點少。 . 櫃檯兩位小姐臉真的有點....面無表情 帶點笑容會比較好。 . 房間是乾淨的，但就是蚊子好多 真的非常誇張的多，我沒開窗，可蚊子卻超多 有跟飯店借電蚊香才少一點點，建議電蚊香換個品牌吧，殺蚊效果不好

三人行，房間內的咖啡包、汽水、小吃都是免費，更可在斜對面的Family Mark 免費換冰淇淋，記得在晚上九點前取。早餐也不錯。在劍潭站附近，如入住巴時間可早於三時更好。

價格實在，房間寬闊，比起大樓式的旅店安全性高，周遭商店多，環境便利，近捷運站、公車站牌去故宮、淡水都很方便～

距離捷運站有一段距離但步行可以抵達，離著名的士林夜市也不遠，旁邊也有便利商店可供臨時的購物需求。 房間有點舊但整潔度不錯，空間稍小但短期旅遊已經足夠。
