前台的服務態度非常好，很熱情有禮貌。 房間很舒適、地點很棒、周圍的交通、店家都很方便。 前台能夠回答我們各種問題、給予我們各種協助。 雖然晚上天氣變涼，房間內也有暖氣；熱水的水壓也充足。 房間雖然較小，但需要的東西都有。 清潔也做得很好，房間、洗手間都是乾淨的。 目前有贈送啤酒的活動，晚上可以去餐廳坐一下也很棒。 就算不喝啤酒，前台也有咖啡、奶茶的飲料供應。 整體是很值得推薦的住宿地點，我也會推薦朋友們來台北住宿旅樂序。

服務員 Yumi 的服務態度非常好！！！！！很幫助也親切，有問必答！！！房間也舒適，本來是安排一張大床，但因為我們希望有兩張單人床，她很好的幫我們查看有沒有適合的房間，所以我們最終有住我們要求的房型！！！！！！實在是10分感謝！！！！！！！房間空間挺大，很乾淨整潔的感覺，洗手間也是乾淨的，整體來講，體驗了一次很滿足的住宿經驗～～～～～～～～～～～總括而言，人員跟地理位置和房間都很好，所以是性價比很高的！！！

前台服務員態度非常好，我選錯了1人床，入住時問他們可不可以幫忙換一下雙床房間……. 服務員很快幫忙查有沒有雙床房間可以換，最後還幫我們換了房間。^_^ 而且她還主動關心我們還有甚麼要幫忙，好開心遇到一個很熱心的服務員^_^！！！還選了一間很好的酒店！！！ 酒店是環保主題主題，送了一個環保袋比我們^-^ 酒店不會主動每天清潔房間。要自己要求才會幫忙清潔，而且垃圾要自己放到房間門口外，酒店員工會處理.

房間不大，枕頭有提供軟、硬可以選擇。窗台邊有沙發可以休息。浴室水壓夠強，可以好好沖澡。大廳提供免費飲料，也有飲水機可以裝水。

房間環境都非常好！很適合舉家大小一起來入住，地理位置鄰近台北火車站及西門町捷運站，交通方便，洗澡水力強，舒服。推

旅樂序飯店在台北站前/城中商圈有多家分館，都是極為醒目的黑色外牆，三館位在懷寧、漢口街口，走到台鐵/高鐵/捷運台北車站、新光三越百貨、忠孝西路公車站牌都非常近，交通、餐飲、購物都非常方便。飯店大廳裝潢如高級酒吧，金碧輝煌極具特色。客房以白色/淺灰裝潢為主，簡潔清爽，舒適乾淨，還有免費小點心。疫情期間早餐改為餐盒，兩個三明治份量多，也很好吃。

房間雖然坪數不大，但很整體乾淨精緻，該有的基本配備都有，還有免治馬桶，小小不完美是入住低樓層開窗的話會稍微吵雜一些，關上窗戶會好很多，前台人員都很可親，服務也都很不錯，下回有機會會再來入住的。

- 我住的是Family Room，有兩張大床，空間也比較大，適合在房裡做點運動 - 房間有兩戶很大的窗，光線很棒，也可以從9樓看到街景和遠處的陽明山 - 隔音非常好，根本聽不到隔壁房間的任何聲音。氣密窗也讓房間整個非常安靜，只有在非常吵的時候才聽得到街道些許的聲音 - 服務非常棒，通過LINE聯繫，非常親切不覺得隱私被侵犯 - 送返時間非常準時（0800～，1130～，1730～），食物都是周邊的台北小吃/菜餚，肉/蔬果 都很齊全，營養還不錯！ - 房間WI-FI有點弱，飯店有提供而外的WIFI port，不過還是有點欠缺 - 房裡沒有椅子，只有角落的坐墊，之後跟飯店要求了塑料椅 - 過了兩三天，廁所出現潮濕的異味，飯店有提供除濕機和芳香劑，之後就好很多了 - 建議自己可以從APP購買洗髮精/沐浴露/洗衣精，因為飯店提供的是即用即丟的包裝，對我來說比較不適合 整個入住體驗非常棒，價格也合理，可以直接跟飯店接洽預訂，也可以向飯店詢問機場接送，很舒適也很方便。

服務人員相當優秀體貼。環境舒適富有設計感。 Sony40寸電視看起來相當舒服。衛浴設備乾淨且好用，google語音控制早晚安 預定鬧鐘相當有趣方便，早餐好吃且十分飽，愉快的住宿體驗。

飯店交通方便，環境乾淨，員工服務態度非常好，還幫我們升等三人房，房裡還很貼心準備小點心，住宿是不錯的選擇，有機會一定入住。

很新奇第一次入住語音智慧的房間，採用google 智能語音辨識可以開啟電視、電燈、窗簾等裝置，只是講話只是要清楚 慢一點，整體來說不管是房間或是飯店服務都非常好！

交通便利，距離火車站高鐵站及西門町非常近，附近有新光三越及飲料店，晚上要買宵夜也很方便，服務親切，賓至如歸！

喜歡旅樂序三館，外觀豹紋設計，位置近火車站，交通很便利，周邊無論飲食或買物都超方便，旅店對面就有便利商店，隔壁還有台北有名的連鎖水煎包店，早餐很豐盛又健康，還另外提供現煮咖啡~超貼心！服務親切讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，環境也很舒適很乾淨，交誼廳有酒吧的feer，金色高腳椅設計符合人體功學，坐起來超服貼舒服，這次入住3人房，床型無論是1人或雙人都是加大的且軟硬適中，還有沙發區，室內設計簡約風，讓人會想再來，值得推！

櫃台人員服務親切，房間乾淨整潔。每日早餐美味好吃，有提供自費洗衣機與烘乾機，與免費洗衣精，舒適便利。

我最喜歡窗邊的沙發床，我可以坐在那裡看窗外，外面有好多人在逛街，有好多餐廳，看起來好好吃。房間裡有大電視，我最喜歡躺在床上看電視，我跟媽媽說，我想一直住在這裡。

😀 - location is not far from main station about 10min walk to the hotel.A lot of convenience store near by. 😞 - it’s stated that the room is 20m2 but actually it very small. No daily housekeeping, I’m staying for 6 nights and they only clean my room once.Very small rack to hang my clothes only 3 hangers and no wardrobe. They’s a damp smell in my room. No mirror at the basin.

😀 - Everything was great in this hotel! We did not expect much as we had bad experience with the hotel in Kaohsiung. Thank you hotel relax III for the great hospitality! We had a great time!

😀 - The beds were comfortable and on the firm side, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Location was less than 10 min walk to the main train/subway station, and walking distance to interesting neighborhoods 😞 - The room was very small. There was no closet, no shelving of any kind, no place at all to put your things. Had to live out of our suitcases for 6 days.

😀 - Very helpful and friendly staff who could all make themselves understood in English. Great location within ten minutes walking distance of Taipei main station. Close to a good night market and plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast came in little plastic boxes and changed each day. I was told that there were three variations but we had four different ones on our four mornings. The free coffee was excellent and you could fill up your water bottle for free as well. Hot water was plentiful and HOT. 😞 - For a tourist it's almost impossible to find your way out of Taipei main station so it was impossible for us to walk to the hotel the first time and we ended up taking a taxi. The internet was patchy at times and the rooms were on the small side as we expected.

😀 - The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from Taipei main train station. The hotel is very clean and the room is comfortable with all needed amenities especially with some small Taiwanese traditional cookies and Japanese toilet. The staff is super friendly and borrowed us luggage weight and Wi-Fi router when the Wi-Fi is too slow in our room. 😞 - The Wi-Fi was not really working in the room but it was fixed by providing a Wi-Fi router that we can directly connect to.

😀 - Good location. Walking distance, 5-7mins to Taipei Main Station. Have many food stores around Hotel. Local Pharmacy n bakery just across the road. Starbucks, Mcdonald, Departmental store, Convenience Store, Watson n Fashion shop(Net, Uniqlo) are all nearby. Hotel rm small but cosy & clean, that's most matters to me. Though window facing road(small rd), can't hear traffic sound except ambulance sirens. Hotel staff's is friendly. Will recommend Relax Hotel 3 to my friend's if they go taipei. 😞 - Can hear next door guest's put in charger into the wall socket as my wall socket was just beside the bed. That doesn't bother me.

😀 - Located very close to Taipei Main Station, it was very convenient particularly with large luggage. The room was OK, but not really a standing out feature. 😞 - The room was small, and pillows were not comfortable. The bed duvets were smaller than the sheets and kept falling out. The room was dusty and bathroom tiles were not very clean. Overall, it was fairly tired for the price.

Would recommend. Staff are adorable. Super friendly, kind and helpful. Clean. Nice location right by Taipei Main Station so easy to get around with shops, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep. Room had air conditioning, television, complimentary toiletries as well as other amenities. I was an EXPEDIA Gold member so I was upgraded. My room was huge and very spacious. Not sure what other rooms are like. There is only a tiny window so the room was quite dark. Common in Asia. Just a few things. This is a 'green' hotel so rooms are not cleaned during your stay. They will replace towels and dispose of trash each day if you tell the reception. WIFI was awful but this appears to be a common issue in Taipei hotels which is surprising given how efficient the country is. Would recommend otherwise. Just note that there are a few Relax hotels in the same area so make sure you have the correct one. This is Relax 3!

The hotel is clean, convenient. The smell is very good. the manager,Yumi, is very very kind, and nice person. I’m very happy to stay here. Suitable for relax trip. There are watson, cosmed, family mart, starbuck, and 7-11 around hotel.

Before I checked-in, I've asked for a quiet room on a higher level away from street and elevator noise as I will be staying there a couple of nights. However, I was given a room on the second floor and right next to the elevator. Light sleepers will be able to hear street noise. Also I was only advised at the check-in that they do not offer daily house keeping service but only once every 3 nights. The room, especially the bathroom is full of mold. The mirror at the living room was so dirty that it can't be used. Also they have a speaker on the ceiling which I didn't connect my phone to but woke me up in the middle of the night to say my device cannot be connected...and this happened throughout my stay. Also the soap dispenser fell apart during my stay which I alerted the front desk but they just said I can easily fix it but if I can't, they can come up and fix it for me (but the screw actually fell out). In terms of facilities, I didn't use any. I think they offer coffee but not sure if it's complimentary and the staff didn't offer further details when I checked in.

I’ll preface my review with this: room wise, you’re getting what you paid for, but service wise, their staff go above and beyond! I will say the room I stayed in is considered pretty big for Taipei standards and for the price paid. The bed was large and comfortable, noise was little to none from the outside and neighbors. There is visible wear and tear but overall very clean rooms. They’re very well stocked with amenities and give you a water bottle to fill up downstairs for those that need more water than the two initial bottles provided. Their washing machine and dryer was a life saver and they even provide free tide pods for you to use (wash and dry are 50NT each). The only downside is their slow internet but honestly everything else makes up for it. Their staff went above and beyond when I needed to buy a giant duffle bag as I had run out of luggage space. They mapped out different areas where I could buy bags and ultimately when my search for a really large duffle failed, one of their staff actually gave me their own XL bag to use. I was always greeted when leaving and coming back, and they always had so many great recommendations! The location is literally 2 mins away from a large shopping mall and also Taipei main station. There are convenience stores and an abundance of shopping and eateries near by. All in all, you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first trip out, post covid…been 3+ years since we got on a plane. We started our destination in Taipei, via Taoyuan Int’l Airport. This boutique hotel is part of a chain, #3 being the best one recommended by our agent for 3D2N. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, friendly & safe, with F&B outlets, 24hr convenience stores nearby, short walking distances. The MRT is your best transportation mode, the main station only a few blocks away, again walkable. Dont forget to buy&load your EASYCARD, smartcard/contactless payment for getting around, if not purchasing food, etc. The hotel itself is near several ‘points of interest’ for first timers like us, but going out further is not a problem with the MRT. And after hours, the taxis are safe & affordable so no worries getting back to the hotel at any time. And dont forget to grab yourself a complimentary fresh cup of coffee from the lobby during normal operation hrs. You can also refill your water bottles thru a separate hot/cold dispenser. Cleaning service is based on stay duration, which they will explain in detail upon check in. But any ad-hoc requests will still be entertained, whether paying extra or comp, depending on request. Theres self operating washer/dryers in the basement for those who dont want to carry around dirty laundry after check out. Room is bright, clean, big enough, w/comfortable beddings. Again, this particular hotel is more boutique style so its best for those just needing a place to come home to, to recharge after all day exploring, shopping, etc if not get a good night’s sleep before doing it all over again the next day. For us it was perfect to study surroundings, get our bearings & prepare for the rest of the week, visiting the rest of Taiwan. Post arrival, I was in contact with the hotel via email, to ensure everything went according to plan/schedule, as it did. They even assisted with communication with our next destination/hotel w/o hesistancy. By the way, you can arrange for car pickup from the airport at cost which you can settle with hotel upon arrival. Overall, we werent expecting much, but we got so much more thus we’ve no regrets our trip started here. Albeit the minimalistic approach in guest (hotel) facilities, we’re glad the hospitality/customer service is top notch! “Thanks to Yumi & her gentleman team (Jeff, Joseph, Johnce, Gary & airport rep)… you all made us feel safe & most especially ‘RELAXed’ starting from arriving off the plane, during stay until check out …good job, everyone!”

I stay 3 nights this hotel with my family. It was good experience. Staff are frandly and good location. Very convience to look around. Coffee bar, loundry facility, baggage storage, free snack also good. I will come back.

Really liked this place: helpful friendly English speaking staff with hot or cold coffee on arrival and anytime. Decent sized very clean room with a good-sized bed (unusual in these parts). No noise issues even fronting the busy street, albeit I was on 6th floor. The breakfast was pre-packed and I didn’t bother with it so can’t comment. Helpful bag storage for early arrival/late departure. Will visit again!

My friend and I love staying at this cute little hotel. The room was bright and comfortable and clean! My favorite part was the water pressure and made for a wonderful shower. A google home was included in the room and served as a great virtual assistant as well as a Bluetooth speaker. The laundry room was clean and $50 for a wash load and $50 for a dry load. Free milk tea in the lobby and wonderful staff. Water and fun snacks were included in the room. Near lots of shops and restaurants and very close to the main central metro station. Despite being ona main road, the room was VERY quiet. Will stay here again for sure.

This hotel brand has 3 buildings:Hotel relax I-III . Is location is between Taipei main station and national Taiwan museum, via Exit Z6 ( taipei statio) . The hotel lobby is small but use space effectively, there is free hot water for instant tea bag , 3-in-1 coffee and automatic hot chocolate, matcha milk vendoring machine. The room space is small but super wuiet at night with window to see outside. Bathroom includes showering area , separated toilet bowl , electric hair dryer and personsl snaitation kits(disposable). Mattress , 4 pillows are very soft and comfortable. There is safebox for valuables, haggling rail for cloths. Grab-to-go breakfast box is also available for guest from 7:00-11:00 at the reception. Neighbor is quite busy on daytime but surprisingly quiet at night. It’s special discount if you dine in Tutoo presco italian restaurant on the opposite black building ground floor.

I stayed at this hotel for a week (also here for work), and it's located in such a great spot, close to places to eat, not far from the MRT. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I go back. I was in room 706, and the views were great. The bed was comfortable, great amenities in the room. I switched hotels after staying here, and I truly wished that I came back to stay here. Highly recommend this for anyone! One downside was that due to Covid, they only served breakfast box, and they were not the best.

Such a good stay with Hotel Relax 3! Convenient location, close to train station, shopping, food etc. Rooms were well maintained + clean, shower temp + water pressure was great and there’s a Toto washlet. All staff members are so nice! Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Back to Taiwan from Canada, and have chosen this hotel for the quarantine! The 14 days are hard; however, they have accommodated every request from me to make my days smooth! The staff there are like family and friends aboard! They care about you and being super helpful! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to travel to Taipei!

Located in the cram school district of Taipei near the central rail station, this modern hotel gives you a lot of bang for your buck$! The room was not big but the use of the optimal use of the space made it comfortable. Mini fridge, comfortable bed (2 pillows per person... Nice!), complimentary snacks and coffee in the lobby was appreciated. Good shower space and heated Japanese style toilet in the bathroom. *Super breakfast as well.

Amazing location, a lot of cafes, bus stops, and shopping streets nearby. Room is clean and nice too though a bit smaller than expected for the price. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, would stay here again!

The hotel is super clean, and only 5 minutes walking distance to Taipei Main Station. The location is supreme as many local eateries and convenient stores around. During the stay the hotel have given us free voucher to enjoy they local brew beers as well. This hotel definitely worth the price. Room was tiny, like the sort you get in Japan. Bed was so short- But room is fairly new decent design and staff were friendly. Lovely complimentary snacks and water. Incredible location right near main station, lots of great eateries and things nearby including museums, parks and department store. I only think it was over priced for what you get. 여행 4일차. 힘든 일정으로 오전 10시~11시(?)까지 방에서 쉬고 있었습니다. 그런데 누군가 문을 쿵쿵 두드리더니 문을 따고 들어오네요? 이불이라도 덮고 있어서 망정이지 나체를 보일뻔 했습니다. 문을 잠궈놨는데도 마스터키로 열고 들어온 것을 보아 호텔 직원인듯 한데 저는 룸서비스나 그 어떤것을 요구한 적도 없었습니다. 이 호텔을 이용하실땐 반드시 빗장을 걸어 잠그고 방에서 쉬셔야 할 것 같아요. 이후 어떤 사과도 받지 못했습니다. 그리고 사거리에 위치하긴 하지만 버스정류장까지 거리도 있고.. 접근성이 매우 뛰어난 호텔은 아닌듯 합니다. 직원들은 나름 친절했네요.

타이베이 메인역에서 은근히 걸어가야하는 위치이지만, 엄청 멀지는 않습니다. 직원 분들 서비스는 최고였고, 근처에 간단히 아침 먹을 수 있는 식당 및 편의점이 있습니다. 다만, 창문 블라인드를 안내리면 근처 건물에서 서로 안이 보일 것 같아 이건 신경써야합니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 나와요.

Good value for money hotel. They were nice enough to give me a corner room which has good views of the streets below. Rate comes with daily breakfast bento which can be collected from reception every morning. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the vicinity. They also have a self service laundry at the basement which was very useful.

疫情關係，已經三年沒有來台北。選擇了這間十分近台北車站的酒店，地理非常好，Z6出口走3分鐘就到，附近有很多美食! 酒店裝修有格調。

房間很乾淨，很明亮；服務人員態度很好；地點很方便，很近台北車站，也可以走大概十分鐘到西門町，去寧夏夜市也只用走二十分鐘。

櫃台都很有禮貌，清潔人員也很勤快幫我們整理；有一位櫃台John s推薦了我們不錯的酒吧，很愉快的住宿，下次還會再來。

Glad I made this choice. Location, water pressure, WiFi signal are good. The air con can be adjusted to requirement. Staff are really helpful and polite. Though it is facing the road, the room is quiet. Pillows has two and one is hard n the other is feather. Thoughtful! Highly recommend. Rooms: Wish it has enough space to put another big suitcase.

가성비호텔 호텔은 작은 규모지만 위치가 너무 좋아요. 여기저기 둘러보면서 다니기 좋아요. 장개석기념관 , 서문역도 걸어서 가기 좋아요. 타이뻬이메인역는 3분~5분 거리 됩니다. 타이뻬이공항가는 전철도 타기 좋은 위치에 있어요.

Warning: You need your own wifi. Their wifi was not usable as it disconnected every 30 sec. Besides that it's honestly a good vacation stay. Clean room and enough soundproofing to not hear your neighbors (except if they're in the hallway). The staff speaks English. Plenty of amenities and free welcome snacks/bottled water and refill. There's a laundry room with commercial machine so they can take a decent amount and kinda quick (30min wash/45min dry). It's 50$nt per wash/dry and you can get change from the front and free detergent. Most importantly it's well priced for the location. I had access to so many transport options for my entire trip: bus direct to jiufen & yangmingshan, every major night market and access to several metro lines. Plus the food options around was great: there's a famous bun chain just next door and a 7-eleven. There were so many breakfast carts too. Highly recommended if you already have your own wifi.

This hotel is excellently located as it's a stone throw from Taipei station and Ximenting is a mere 10 minute walk away. There are also a 7 eleven and a pharmacy within 10 meters from its lobby, and many eateries around this area. Many thanks to Joseph and Yumi who have made our stay in Taipei extremely pleasant. They are both most helpful and welcoming, and have offered good recommendations on food and sightseeing opportunities! We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Taipei in the future. Room is a little small but it's very clean and definitely value for money!

방은 창문. 히터 있고 캐리어 펼수도 있고 나름 만족 했어요. 근데-생수 첫날만 제공. 나머진 정수기에서 떠 먹거나 사먹어야하고 매일 청소도 안해주고 수건만 바꾸는 식... 숙박 날짜가 길어야 청소해줘요..이건 아쉬웠어요 주위에 먹을데도 많은건 좋았지만 위치는 시먼딩쪽으로 잡을걸 후회했어요. 타이페이 메인역에서 출구를 못찾아서 넘 어려웠거든요. 지도 못보시면 메인역 보단 시먼딩 쪽 잡으시길 추천드려요!

This hotel brand has 3 buildings:Hotel relax I-III . Is location is between Taipei main station and national Taiwan museum, via Exit Z6 ( taipei statio) . The hotel lobby is small but use space effectively, there is free hot water for instant tea bag , 3-in-1 coffee and automatic hot chocolate, matcha milk vendoring machine. The room space is small but super wuiet at night with window to see outside. Bathroom includes showering area , separated toilet bowl , electric hair dryer and personsl snaitation kits(disposable). Mattress , 4 pillows are very soft and comfortable. There is safebox for valuables, haggling rail for cloths. Grab-to-go breakfast box is also available for guest from 7:00-11:00 at the reception. Neighbor is quite busy on daytime but surprisingly quiet at night.

Very friendly staffs and convenient place to get along with Taipei and Ximending MRT.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Relax 3. Out of all the quarantine experiences I've had, this was by far the most comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and modern. The bed, pillows, and duvet were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location was superb. I also appreciated the effective blackout curtains which ensured a peaceful sleep. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. 非常推薦的一家住宿！這裡的環境和服務都讓人感到賓至如歸，就像是在短期度假。 房內採光絕佳、乾淨清爽、一應俱全，街景也饒富趣味，如果有缺的東西都可以請櫃檯提供、補充。 這裡就在台北車站新光三越站前店的後面，樓下、周邊什麼店都有機能很強，要去其他區域交通也都很方便。以後如果需要訂台北住宿，這裡會是優先選擇！

房間價格很合理 裡面也乾淨整潔 交通方便 但退房當天下午 發現衣物有遺漏在房間 打電話詢問 得到的反應是都沒有看到 遺失物品登記表沒有 覺得滿離譜的 少的是褲子跟上衣 這麼明顯的東西 房務員難道是直接選擇丟棄嗎？ 這不是一個專業旅館該發生的事情 先前曾經遺失外套在其他旅館 過了三天仍然替旅客保管不曾隨便丟棄 麻煩改善

2022/12 朋友來台灣終於來住了！ 對於住宿評論都很高跟整潔其實心裡很問號也很懷疑房間是否如照片美觀 （同行友人還說應該不可能這麼美） 實際入住體驗真的很棒！ 整潔部分真的沒話說超乾淨 淋浴水量很強～房間也如照片一樣明亮寬敞～然後還有附早餐！ 如之前所說 下次應還要選這裡 2022/04 雖然最後沒有入住，但還是要大推這家旅店的服務！！ 因為疫情出國，政策及各種突發狀況導致時常更改住房日期，但旅館人員總是親切且有耐心的回覆，更改資料及確認都很快速，旅店規範也都很人性化。 下次有機會一定會再選擇這家旅店也會推薦親友入住！

Room is clean and comes with free snacks for the kids! The staff here are very friendly and helpful too. Location is great near Taipei main station. Near by the hotel, there is a shopping mall and underground mall with lots of eatery. The staff helped to call a taxi and arrange transport for us too.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station, and offers breakfast bento. The room is good, it comes with a king sized bed (a welcome first of the boutique hotels we stayed in), a Google Home Mini (nice! Not YouTube music premium though), and the other usuals: mini fridge, TV. It has a little corner for hanging clothes. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking and we woke up with achy backs. There's no rain shower, but the fancy heated toilet bowl is nice. No blackout curtains! The room only had blinds and the sun would come through in the morning.

It's very close to McDonald's and there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well.. rooms were very big and clean... Beds were comfy and staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location. Short walk to Taipei station and to Xi Meng Ding. Lots of food choices around and convenient shops and massage parlors. Hotel staff are top notch. They are as good as 5 stars hotel level. Boss pls give them good bonus. Rooms are small but you get what you pay for. No complains. Water, coffee, tea are free. We get 3 free beers ( our room is for 3 pax)

地点离台北车站很近，差不多在5-10分钟的距离，交通也非常的方便。周边也有不少小吃，靠近车站差不多1分钟的购物中心也有不少餐厅，非常适合老人家因为距离很短，房间基本上都很干净，非常舒服！推荐

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Relax 3. Super convenient, easy to find food and shopping! The manager, Yumi and the staff Joseph are very accommodating and friendly. The self service laundry facilities is chargeable at 50NT each for washer and dryer. 2 washer and 2 dryer units. One of the washers is out of order since we checked in, which makes it hard to wash our laundry. The hotel gave 2 vouchers to exchange for a glass of beer at Hotel relax 1 restaurant. The big male staff with spectacles at the cashier was hostile towards us. Maybe he's annoyed with guests coming for free beer rather than spending. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Overall the experience is good. The room space is not perfectly designed to be utilized. No deal breaker though. The indoor condensation is something that they need to look into. If not, the things in the room will become moldy Walkability: It is located at the central area, close to MRT. Only take 8 mins walk to Xi Men.

這次已是第二次入住旅樂序精品旅館，上次住二館，今次是三館。論地點因鄰近台北車站，交通十分方便，步行往西門町只需要15分鐘左右。設備方面一應俱全，跟其他旅樂序精品旅館一樣，接待大堂有自助咖啡或茶包免運添飲，旅館同時設有洗衣機及乾衣機。前台接待員服務親切，其中接待員YoYo說得一口流利廣東話，對各項設施講解詳盡，值得稱讚。 唯一少許不方便是其中一晚床頭燈不能開啟，要待翌日早上才有師傅維修，前台職員已第一時間替我備注，服務算是體貼，希望旅館往後可以安排師傅緊急維修。 綜合各方面其實很好，房間需不大，但性價比十分高，而且整潔，往後一定會再入住。

The twin room is decently sized with a big window to see street view and a big TV with cable channels. The bathroom is also well equipped with a Toto Washlet! Highly recommended!

시먼역과 메인역 모두 도보로 비슷한 정도의 거리에 있는 숙소입니다. 가장 가까운 지하철역은 NTU병원역이었어요.(짐 없으면 도보 5분 정도) 꽤 청결한 편이고 방도 무척 넓어서 캐리어 두개를 펼쳐 두고도 지나다니는데 불편함이 없을 정도였어요. 연박하면 수건이나 매트 등은 직접 내려가서 교체 요구를 하면 됩니다. 로비에서 물이나 음료를 무료로 마실 수 있어서 그 점도 좋았어요. 체크인 전에 짐 맡겨두려고 갔는데 직원분들이 엄청 친절하게 응대해주시더라구요. 귀국할 때도 택시를 예약해주셔서 편하게 공항까지 갈수있었습니다. 직원분들 영어가 유창해서 소통도 원활했어요. 텔레비전에 한국어 일본어 영어 등등 다국어 채널이 많아서 숙소 돌아오고 나서는 그거 돌려보는 재미도 있었어요. 복도에 사람들 걷는 소리 정도 외에는 벽간 소음은 머무는 동안 한번도 느껴본적이 없었습니다. 전반적으로 낸 돈만큼의 가치가 있는 숙소였다고 생각합니다.

Les réceptionnistes femmes que j'ai rencontrées le 10 janvier dernier dans l'après-midi sont très malpolies et arrogantes, spécialement celle qui n'était pas en uniforme et qui portait une casquette ce jour-là, très hautaine. Je me demande pour qui elle se prenait? En tout cas, elle avait un comportement vraiment exécrable. Même le lendemain, elles attendent toujours que les clients leur disent bonjour en premier. Je n'ai jamais vu des réceptionnistes aussi peu professionnelles, je me demande comment ont-elles été formées? Les réceptionnistes hommes que j'ai rencontrés les jours suivants sont nettement plus sympas et serviables. Ils méritent 5 étoiles, mais vu le comportement de leur collègues femmes qui méritent 0 étoiles, je ne peux que donner 2 étoiles au final.

Booked this hotel after seeing good reviews previously. However, sad to say it is quite a disappointment. The rooms are spacious but not clean. There were dust, mould and hair on the floor when we checked in. We stayed on two occasions. The first room was on the top floor and the room door lock was faulty and the toilet had a really bad smell. The second room was on the 8th floor and thankfully didn't have any bad smell. Housekeeping: The fine print was that due to environmental concerns, housekeeping would only be done if you stayed longer than 3 nights. We didn't know and it was not stated upfront when we checked in. I traveled with two young kids and this was a pain point for me. For the price point, the minimum I expected was trash to be cleared and change of towels but no.. We asked for it but the hotel said they were waiting for new batches of towels to be delivered and they didn't have spare ones on hand. Trash was also not cleared. We had to leave them outside the room. The duvet was also terrible.. It wasn't properly tied and kept coming off from the duvet cover sheet. It was winter and we ended up sleeping with duvet cover sheet only as the entire duvet got detached in the middle of the night. Location would be the only plus point. Short walk away from Taipei main station. This hotel would be good if you're just putting up for a night or two but definitely not longer.

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋은 편이지만 특유의 냄새와 군데군데 관리 안된 곳(먼지, 화장실 곰팡이, 물때 등)이 아쉽습니다. 체크인시간 맞춰 갔는데도 15분정도 있어야 입실 가능하다 한 점도 아쉬워요

Stay 2 nights. The lobby looks more like a Cafe, nice. Service is good and they are responsive. I requested for airport transfer just before I board the plane instead of minimum one day in advance. Was presently surprised to see a driver holding my name. On checking in, we were already informed that this is a environmental sustainable hotel, thus do not change or make up room daily, if we need new towels daily we could inform the counter, but there is no need to change tower everyday. Room is clean, they give a welcome drink (beer) for each guest. Snacks and free coffee is nice. Location is good, near main train station, xi meng ting, many eatery Rooms: Instead of bar hand soup which will be thrown after use, should use liquid hand soup for sustainability

地點好好，職員都好有禮貌和很幫忙，房間乾淨明亮。 鄰近也有很多東西吃和逛。有天想洗衣服，但3館洗衣機在用，美麗的女生職員好好，讓我們可以到其他館洗衣服，真的好好。

Location within walking distance from train station. Having food shops next to it make it easy for buying breakfast in morning before going out to explore. Bedroom is well kept and tidy. Nice cosy ambience and all necessary fittings within reach. Safety: Surrounding does not have any rowdy shops, it feel safe Food & drinks: Breakfast can be bought from shops next to it.

Excellent location and great service. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. There is affordable laundry on site and works great. A free welcome beer coupon to use in the hotel restaurant. The room was pretty spacious too! The rooms are modern, with all the amenities. Small issues are the mattress had some sort of disintegration going on that got all over the side of the bed area on things I had there, and the bathroom had quite a bad mildew smell, so we ran ventilation the entire stay. All in all, minor complains but a really good value hotel in an an excellent location with good amenities.

Excellent service and wonderful location. In particular, Yumi at the front desk was super helpful -- she helped book an excursion to 九份 and followed up on it multiple times in order to ensure we got all of the details and had the right contact info. Seriously, Yumi went above and beyond. In terms of the other aspects, the hotel was wonderful. The bathroom and facilities were clean and well kept. Our room was spacious. They had a coffee bar/open area in the lobby which was super convenient -- easy to bring in food from outside and get a (complimentary) 奶茶 or 咖啡.

服務人員親切 環境整潔 大廳備有飲品可免費飲用 房間雖然不大 但乾淨 備品齊全 床很舒服 枕頭軟硬都有 地點便利 在台北火車站 坐高鐵或捷運 於站前地下街Z6出口出來 走約5-7分鐘左右就到了 有大件行李的在Z4出口前有一個電梯 （往新光三越） 搭上去步行分鐘數再多一點點而已 附近吃的逛的便利商店都有 在捷運台北車站去哪裡都很便利

飯店距離台北車站走路只要10分鐘以內就會到房間非常乾淨而且很安靜晚上不會有人潮周圍還有7-11全家便利商店

The room was very clean and modern. A couple of the hooks in the toilet was loose, but that's not a major problem. Customer service was awesome! Walkability: 4 mins from Taipei Main Station. We feel that Exit Z6 is the most convenient exit to this hotel. We walked to and fro Ximending which was about 10 - 15 minutes away. We also walked to Zhongshan area.

Great value for economy travellers like us. Hotel location is the middle of a lot of places. We were just walking to / from or taking just a few subway stops to a number of tourist interested places. And it is easy to get to / from the airport as well. Walkability: 4 to 10 mins walk to a couple of subway stops and a lot of places too!

Important Note: House keeping is done once every three days and they are not initiative enough to stock your room with more items even if you booked and paid for several people. Wi-Fi: A lot of disconnections and lagging, I recommend getting unlimited data and using that instead. Room: For the price we paid, the room is really too small and the amenities in the room are severely lacking. There was no dresser or mirror, only one very small table, one chair, and two small flimsy racks. The rooms were not soundproof and half-way through our stay, our AC malfunctioned and emitted a sour smell too... Location: Around the vicinity are two train stations (within 10 mins walk), the national museum, and many eateries. But most eateries only open either in the morning or evening, so the area is rather deserted most of the time. I personally enjoy the more laid back atmosphere, but for people who like a bustling ambience I recommend staying near Ximending instead.

Good location, clean, good services

First time in Taipei and this is my first hotel. The location is super close to the main Taipei train station (<10mins walk). Location is also super close to the two pretty famous night markets streets. The staffs are very nice, you can ask them location of the night market. Free drinks in the lobby, hotel have paid washing and cleaning and can deliver souvenirs for free. Butt washing washroom is there also . One free complimentary beer and every day breakfast also if interested.

อยู่ใกล้ไทเปเมนมาก สะดวก สะอาด เช็ดอินรวดเร็ว มีหน้าต่าง โถชำระเป็นแบบอัตโนมัติ น้ำไหลแรง มีสบู่ แชมพูที่คุณภาพดี หอม มีไดร์เป่าผม มีดโกน แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ด้างล่างติด 7-11 สนูปปี้ รอบ ๆ โรงแรมมีร้านค้ามากมาย มีอาหารแบบไต้หวันแท้ มีร้านขนมปังอยู่ตรงกันข้าม มีร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น มีร้านขายยา เดินไปร้าน NET และวัตสันได้อย่างง่ายดาย

ห้องขนาดกระทัดรัด อยู่สองคนไม่แคบ พนักงานบริการดี ประทับใจมาก เดินทางสะดวก มีกาแฟให้ดื่มฟรีทุกวันแจ้งพนักงาน วันที่เราเช็คอินได้เบียร์ฟรีสองแก้วด้วย

Hotel is in a great location and walkable distance to the nearest metro station. The hotel staff is very helpful as we missed out on items in the hotel during check-out and they kindly assisted to keep them safely until we return to pick them up 2 days later. Highly recommended!

房間的行走空間有限，廁所也沒有門鎖，和有部分廁所門是透明的，另外只有床尾可以下床。可是有日式電動廁所板，和大水壓的花灑，地方便利都加了分數 這是我畢生住過的最小的房間旅舘，如體型比較大的要認真考慮

ประทับใจมาก มาพักครั้งแรก ห้องสะอาด มีส้วมอัตโนมัติ พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ทุกคน ยิ้มแย้ม ใจดี เราขออะไรเขาบริการให้หมดเลย และยังมีบริการกาแฟฟรีทุกเช้า และคูปองเบียรฟรีในวันเข้าพักอีกด้วย ถ้าได้มาไต้หวันอีก จะไม่พลาดนอนโรงแรมนี้แน่นอน

ทำเลห้องพักที่นี้ดีมากๆ เดินจากซีเหมินติง และ สถานีรถไฟประมาณ 10-15 นาที ชิวๆ ห้องพัก (Classic Double Room) - ขนาดห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก กระเป๋าอ้ากว้างแถบจะไม่ได้ -ห้องน้ำดี โถอัตโนมัติ สะอาด - wifi ช้า - อยู่ติดถนนแต่ตอนกลางคืนคือเงียบสงบนอนหลับสบาย - ปลั๊ก สามารถใช้แบบไทยได้เลยแต่ พวกเคริ่องหนีบผมต้องเช็คพวกวัตต์ไฟนะคะ ปลั๊กค่อนข้างเยอะเลย การบริการ -พนักงานน่ารัก สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
